The rooms smelled like someone was smoking in it, but other than that good service

They were unable to provide towels when we got to our room it had no amenities. It had one try towel that was it, and they were unable to provide towels for us to clean our bodies and did not try to get us any chance they said that they provided breakfast they had no breakfast. They had no pot pans utensils anything in the room it was. It’s a bad location.

From a parking lot with trash and no trash can outside, to the lobby floors, elevator floors to the dust smell on the mattress. This place was very dirty. Only one towel issued for 3 people, which later was fine since it was dirty and I am glad we had our own towel. Very disappointing and frustrating.

Horrible terrible customer service on the phone and in person nobody’s on the front desk. Nobody wants to refund an hour stay because the whole room and the whole place smells like marijuana. They charged me one day because I used the room for one hour. We had to leave we were booked for three days had to leave. My son had a asthma attack. The whole entire floor smells like weed. No one can help nobody refunded except for my two other days of stay. They charge me one day for one hour because I took a shower from a 6 Hour Dr. my booking was for three nights horrible customer service horrible management horrible everything if I could give zero stars I will if I could only sue them for $128. I will horrible experience. This is a horrible hotel giving you guys zero stars if I could. They have guests that looks like homeless people smells even the car for luggage does not work flat tire this is like a halfway house experience do not stay here.

She told us to call in the next morning to discuss getting our room again. I called in and a man picked up, said there were plenty of rooms and he would save us one, for when we arrive. I said we will come at 10pm is that okay. He said that’s fine. We can at 10pm again the second day, and these dishonest people wouldn’t let us check in again, claiming there was no rooms even though the morning guy promised us a room. Then we submitted a request to refund. And the general manager deliberately withheld his refund response until basically our stay was about to expire. We were never let into a room even though we showed up the first two days and we had already paid in full. They stole our $1789.34 and refuse to refund. They wouldn’t let us into our rooms for two days in a row. If they were honest they’d refund the whole amount. Since they never gave us keys even though we tried to get keys two days in a row. This hotel operates with shady business practices, stealing an entire two week stay when they themselves refused to check us in two days in a row. Extended Stay America is the most dishonest hotel I’ve ever met, and hotels.com is complicit in accepting this theft.

Absolutely disgusting hotel. Our room was dirty and hair in the bed. The property has NO ice machine. And only one entrance worked. The whole bathroom looked like it hadn’t been cleaned and when I called down no one answers. I walked to the front desk and no was was there. There was only one towel in the room and no hand towels

I like the kitchenette convenience. Unfortunately some of the front desk staff were unhelpful and rude. Getting bare minimum towels was an inconvenience as well as taking the soiled ones down to the front desk to get fresh ones. Also there was only one bellhop available to guest was difficult. With it being an extended stay I would’ve hoped for at least 2. Having to make multiple trips to bring my things 3 flights up was very hard.
