I purchased a night at this property via Expedia App at 11pm coz I was driving late, for sure I was coming in after midnight. When I arrived at the property almost 2am, the front desk didn’t honor my booking although it’s been paid for. His reason was it’s a no show coz I didn’t request late check-in. I made the purchased after 11pm, isn’t that an obvious reason that I’m coming late! I had to pay again just to get a room. I called Expedia to help me with the situation but the wait is more than 90 minutes at 2am so I ended up paying again for a room, which is actually already morning, it won’t even be for a night anymore, it will be just for about 5 hours coz I need to be up early anyway. So the following day I called again but the wait is forever so I just chat. With all the back n forth, to make it short, this property doesn’t want to do a refund on my first booking and Expedia can’t do anything about it. So this is the last time I will be using Expedia and this property. If they can’t give us comfort then they should not be in this industry of hospitality. Let this be a warning for the rest.

This place is severely understaffed and can’t get to all of the duties. There was a spill on the floor before I checked in, they said maintenance would have to get it out of the carpet, I stayed 10 days and no one came to clean the red sticky matter on the floor. The staff had an excuse for everything like the refrigerator leaks when you turn it up. I never touched the temperature on the refrigerator. They gave me a towel to put on the floor to catch the water. I had to have my room key (card) replaced whenever I left the room and they blamed it on me. They said it’s your fault because you keep your card close to your phone out you’re keeping your card too close to your debit and credit cards. The staff Mohammad was rude and confrontational. He told me he could tell by looking in my face that I was upset and it didn’t matter that it was there mistake and just be happy everyday and not to show him frustration. This was after 5 days of having my key card replaced 2 to 3 times a day.

Water wouldn’t get hot. Room was dirty. Kid at the front desk was beyond unhelpful came here for work so didn’t have time to be dealing with the front desk. Had to ask for basic amenities. Sketchy people in and out of hotel. Not coming here again

Dante’s nine concentric circles of hell, if personified, becomes Extended stay America. The place is filth, sheets not changed, pillow cases with previous guests hair stead on it, the carpets stink like a dead buffalo and the room screams of need for a clean. The trash room is kept open and smells, the parking is the only good thing. It’s free and safe.

Staff is very nice, parking sucks if you arent in early, rooms are clean the most chaos comes from the other guest being nasty leaving or dropping trash. Security at night! So thats a plus, and if you arent down for breakfast early you wont get any but overall if you need a few nights its not so bad

Clean comfortable room. Furniture outdated. Electrical breakers had to be replaced. Overall, good the price.

AC works great Kitchen clean and works great

For the price you pay. Property dirty all the way around. Inside the room. Stove stained used looking. Counter tops same kind of look. Breakfast was crappy coffee made with sewer water, and a muffin. Thats it. Ive been to others where they atleast try and make it look presentable. This place is gross. The price makes no sense. Its definitely not home away from home like they claim.

Save your money with this hotel stay anywhere check in took about an hour because you got one staff member doing check in while the lines goes out the door, trash all along property and rooms weren't very clean and smelled like smoke just a bad experience honestly

There is no elevator for the building. The water pressure was weak. ? The pictures of the room on the internet are very misleading. Rooms and bathroom are very small. However, I would stay there again but curb your expectations.

I had a reservation for three weeks in total. The hotel asked me to leave telling me it was a maximum 20 nights. This was never explained when I checked in. Also there was no power (in and out) the last three days of the stay.

The room door would not close properly on its own. Unless it was pulled or pushed very firmly, it remained partially open, creating a significant security concern. I reported this issue to the front desk, but no action was taken during my stay. In addition, there were not enough towels in the room. When I went to the front desk to request more towels, the receptionist informed me that there were no clean towels available and refused to provide any assistance. I found the staff to be unhelpful and dismissive. The queen-size bed was also in very poor condition. The mattress was unstable, and one section appeared to be broken or had completely worn-out springs. Whenever I sat or lay on that area, it sank deeply, making it extremely uncomfortable to sleep on. I requested a room change because of the condition of the bed, but I was told that the hotel was fully booked and that no other rooms were available. As a result, I had to sleep on the damaged mattress for all four nights of my stay. On one occasion, I nearly fell off the bed while sleeping because the mattress collapsed so severely on one side. Overall, I am extremely disappointed with the condition of the room and the lack of response from the hotel staff. I expected a safe, comfortable, and well-maintained room, as well

The room to a quick glance is clean a couple dead bugs behind the dressers and tables, bathroom was possibly the cleanest room available, Fridge/Microwave were filthy and rusty. If it wasn’t for the affordability I definitely would pick anywhere else if I could get this price again.

It was good for a one night stay. Check your door when going out, our room the dior wasn’t locking and we didn’t notice until coming back from dinner.

No ice machines

The location was fine for my son's work trip stay. However, I called the front desk to let them know his check-in would be after midnight. No problem they said. At 1am checkin, no front desk staff was available and lobby was locked. Checkin was a big hassle for him after a very long work day. He also needed to print a document. Work stations and services are not available. Also the grab n go breakfast was only coffee & granola bars. Boiled eggs at least should be available. Disappointed on this "scaled down" property, but it did serve its purpose.

The location and the parking lot. I requested a Queen size bed and I got a Full size bed. I went to the front desk and advised them that the bathtub stopper did not work that I couldn’t take a bath I was told to take a shower. I was awakened at 2:00 AM by a gurgling sound in the bathtub smelly water was backing up in the bathtub. When I reported it to the front desk I was told that maintenance was not available they only work specific days of the week. The front desk handed me some cleaning stuff along with Febreze and sent me on my way back to the room to clean the bathtub and spray for the smell. There were spider webs hanging from the ceiling. There was no bath mat only (2) bath towels, (1) hand towel, and (1) wash cloth. I had to take the wet towels to the front desk in order to get clean towels. Some of the front desk personnel didn’t acknowledge that I was there they said I have to finish this report. Walking down the hallway you can look in and see that the dishes are piled up on the counter after being handed washed why isn’t there automatic dishwasher to insure they are sanitized? The breakfast only had Blueberry Muffins, Breakfast Bar, Coffee, Hot Chocolate packets, Tea bags. The hot water was lukewarm.
