I did not like the breakfast

The carpet was sticky, the sheets were dirty and scratchy, The washer and dryer smelled and the one day I wanted to use the pool, it was closed all day.

Room was clean but hallways and elevator very filthy. Most likely won't stay here again.

The staff was great and the hotel was conveniently situated. However, the room was not the cleanest- the room had an odor when we arrived but did dissipate over the day. Also we were frustrated that no notice about pool maintenance so were not able to use our last night.

Spacious lobby with several seating areas. Great smelling toiletries in the room. One block from eating places.

Hotel was clean the room was what I needed, because of mobility issues, the only thing is although I have mobility issues , I don't need a low area to hang clothes, I guess they assume you are in a wheelchair and there is no closet to hang your clothes and the space provided is for someone who is in a wheelchair, not all people are in wheelchair like me, so I couldn't hang my clothes because they would have been too long and touching the floor. I had to use the iron board to put my clothes on, not good. Although I give them 5 stars , hotels need to look at that.😐

We absolutely loved our stay at Sonesta in Los Angeles! Everything was wonderful, from the comfortable and clean room to the excellent location and friendly service. We had such a great experience and would definitely stay here again!

The room's were clean andpppppppp, staff were helpful if you need anything other than that they don't bother you which I like. breakfast was good it is decent, it's no 4 season's but but you're room is changed 55,or 65$ at 4 season's it's free,here & if2or 3 of your friends show up they don't trip

The room was nothing like the great pictures you posted.they gave us the wrong room.people live there.there was a huge fight outside our room round 245am.and the breakfast was a muffin. This place was a horrible joke
