It was ants and everything in the room and wouldn’t even accommodate me for the stay and the room smelled bad terrible experience wouldn’t recommend.

The hotel is very clean, the buffet breakfast had plenty of choices ( both English and Japanese), the mattresses were really really comfortable, and every member of the staff I interacted with, from front desk to housekeeping, was friendly and helpful. Our only concerns were with the ADA features of the room. I was staying with a friend who was fresh out of surgery for a broken ankle, so using a wheelchair and a little bit on crutches. The bathroom and roll-in shower were plenty big enough to navigate in, but the bed closer to the bathroom was so close that a person in a wheelchair could not get around the bed and into the bathroom. We had a folding wheelchair so we could get it into the bathroom, and just left it parked, wheels locked, in the bathroom doorway facing out. My friend was able to carefully roll out of bed on the bathroom side and get into the chair, which was only about 18" from the bed, by herself. So it worked out okay for her to use the toilet by herself, she's healthy &nimble except for the ankle, but it wasn't very convenient for me to always have the chair blocking the door. Also, there was no provision for sitting in the shower. Do disabled people always travel with a shower chair?

Rooms are extra clean and comfortably sized, the whole property was easy to navigate and the staff was friendly and helpful with any questions I had. The only downside of this property is parking is kind of tight and the only entrance/exit is through the front. Poor air conditioning (poor smells). Room need to clean up. Staffs were nice and breakfasts are nice.

The place looks a little rundown on the outside but the inside was pretty nice. The room was comfortable had everything we needed. The shampoo and conditioner were organic and smelled great. The bathroom needed a little work and did not like the light that they had over the sink. Breakfast is not the greatest but other than that it was great. I would definitely stay there again.
