Stayed for a week and had a great experience

Pleasant stay. Food at the restaurant is very good.

Clean, Japanese owned so no unpleasant surprises. Japanese style breakfast is great! Rooms will need new furniture soon.

Exceptional

From the beginning we were impressed by the clean and spacious room, the courteous staff, and the amazing breakfast....the 20% one time discount on breakfast was an added benefit. The hotel is also centrally located to the freeway, shopping and restaurants in the Torrance area. At street level, the area is very clean, quiet, and safe. We will definitely stay here every time we're in the LA area.

We had breakfast at the restaurant and it was beautifully presented and the staff was very courteous and polite. Wonderful offering of Japanese style breakfast and American style foods as well. The rooms were spacious and quiet. Did not have a chance to see the gym nor the pool. Great location. Would stay here again.

Nice vibe and service

Our stay was enjoyable and restful. I really liked the Japanese experience when it came to amenities and comfort. The blackout curtains and noise free environment guaranteed a great night sleep. I felt very rested and slept comfortably on the mattress and pillows. The room was impeccable as far cleanliness and the 12pm checkout is more than adequate.

The maid walked in on us and a staff member tried to enter our room a second time. Seems the room was already cleaned bit it was not checked off on their list.
