Parking is off street, ample, and gated. Stairs and elevator. Very clean. Beds could have been softer for my preference, but truly no complaints. I would stay there again.

A hidden gem in Torrance, great location! Parking is gated and FREE! close to LAX. The room was very nicely decorated. Plenty of space and great mattress. No noise just a great stay! Highly recommended

It was a great experience staying at Bluestem Hotel during our trip in LA, everything was impeccable, the place is very cozy and the host are very friendly, we definitely be back soon, since we have family nearby and highly recommended the hotel to other guests

The rooms are clean, comfortable beds, and pillows. Bathroom is clean as well and property is well maintained. Close to everything and very quiet and safe.

Their “handicap accessible” room is barely that. Sure, it’s accessible but the tub can be dangerously slippery. I almost had an incident where I was changing positions while seated on the bench in the tub when my body slipped off the bench and I nearly fell into the tub. They need to provide some sort of anti slip protection for the tub and bathroom floor.
