Torrance Inn LAX Airport Area

Property being newly renovated ( Previously known as Super8) All rooms are clean, and amenities included as mini-fridges, microwave ovens & coffee makers. Property definitely a 100% improvement from SUPER8 to now Torrance Inn Lax.

Entire hotel has been newly renovated & are very clean. All rooms now have mini fridges, microwave ovens & coffee makers. Parking on the property is plentiful both in the open lot & the covered lot part of the property. Except during holiday weekends.

Tv didn’t work, room is dirty and poorly constructed. Having my kids with me and the tv not working was a pain.

The only problem I had was that it was hard to communicate with the desk staff. They came off as rude. Maybe because of language barrier?

Fine, unadorned clean room. Usual amenities except no tea bags. Friendlier staff. No smiles, no happy to see you. Attitude was one of indifference. Perhaps we disturbed whatever they were doing?

We chose this hotel for the value and proximity to the Carnival terminal. It's also very close to the historic Torrance High School! We were able to visit the high school and filming location of Buffy Summers' house! There was a strong cigarette smoke odor in the hallway.

Was able to get early check in for a small fee which was worth it for me….you get what you pay for…it worked for my son and I…it was a place to s###, shower and shave…bed frames were annoyingly loud..the lobby smelled like an Indian restaurant….which is fine you like Indian food I suppose…not much super close for walking distance except Wendy’s…other places a little further…not a terrible area

I stayed for a weekend for a festival. I was looking for something cheap and sleep and shower. I really enjoyed this hotel, to crash the night or if you going to be outside doing fun activities. What I didnt like was the AC, it lightly cooled the room. it was pretty outdated, the TV remote and Chanel where pretty slow when tuning into the next Chanel. Other than that, friendly staff, can't complain

Parking lot to small.

One of the worst nights I have spent in a very long time. The walls are paper thin and the room above had people stomping and making noise all hours of the night and early morning. The bed frame is very squeaky, and you can hear not only your own but the neighbors beds making noise. You can also hear people from nearby rooms talking at what would be considered a fairly normal level through the walls. The place looks run down, but it's fairly clean, the neighborhood is so-so, and it was very inexpensive. I would not stay here again, but if you consider it for the price you might consider investing in some noise-cancelling headphones.
