The cleaning lady was perfectly nice. My review is bad because the owners think it's ok to keep extremely stained sheets, pillows, pillow cases. Towels, shower curtains, mattress enclosures, hand towles....everything. not only was there crusted food clearly on top of the bed when we walked in. My kids bed had stains all over the entire sheet. Not a single piece of fabric didn't have loads of stains. That's just gross. Clearly they aren't bleaching anything, but they're keeping everything rather then rotating out nasty stained crap. I stay in a lot of motels and hotels and this was hands down the worst. There's just no excuse for the blatant disregard for their guests comfort. I've stayed at places 1/3 the cost that had more pride in their establishment. Gross, do better.
