The management was like a cult and did what they wanted to do and thought as if they were Gods of the hotel

Nothing. Very displeased. Had to get a room at a different hotel. Arrived to a closed office with a note taped to the door. I called the number provided twice. It went to a random person’s cell phone. Waited 25min. With the noise of a tented church service in the parking lot. No help of any kind arrived. So I left to find another room to stay in. This is why I have asked to be refunded any cancellation charge.

Didn't even get a chance to stay. I reserved the room but Noone answered the phone or responded to emails when I reached out to inquire about checkin. Terrible service Everything

The rooms were clean and the staff was efficien .I know the property manager who has worked their for over 8 years back when it was the Efficiency Lodge, it started out well enough but you could tell management didn't care. Southern Suites is a God send in this area and I'm glad the new owners kept the property manager because she's the wind beneath Southern suites in Cartersville wings. I don't want to get her name wrong, but I will make a point to get it and repost it. I can't speak for now, but at the time of my stay the parking lot is in pretty bad shape. Severe cracks and deep pot holes, but I'm sure the new management team is aware of the situation and will have those issues fixed in a timely manner.

Staff was friendly. No BS with the guests which is typical of the weekly stay places. Hot water didn’t work properly. Couldn’t figure out how to use the TV.

We appreciated the full size refrigerator since we were traveling a long distance and able to refreeze our ice packs and refrigerate all our perishable food and keep our stock of drinks cold. As well a good amount of empty space to keep our coolers and luggage without them being on top of us. Unfortunately a bit old as well no bottom floors available and only 1 stairwell with no easy access to your room. Which now you have to lug coolers and luggage up a steep flight of stairs. As well after 8p no access for any hotel help. As well no phone to contact the front desk which is a bit of away from your room

Room was big, nice TV. This was an extended stay with a lot of " shady characters ". A car was actually up on blocks being worked on. Was told told most people live there. There was no coffee machine or hair dryer.

Nothing Everything. All night there were people slamming doors, yelling and waking me up. I felt very uncomfortable and unsafe. I was awakened at4:00AM and felt I just had to get out of there. I’ve NEVER felt so scared in a hotel before.

Very clean, up to date, easy to find and get in and out of. Definitely coming back when in town again.

I liked that the room was clean and had full fridge and everything worked. The grounds were “rough” holes all in the lot. But it didn’t cause issues for us.

This place was outstanding ! I was a bit nervous because I was traveling alone however there was no one hanging around outside I heard no noises in the night it was super quiet and I felt very safe . It was like staying at a friend's . I give this sweet place a five star and more .
