Clean room except the coffee pot and the room next door played their music until 2 am and nothing was done about it by manager

Decent place. Nice manager. However, I was told I'd receive a gift but none was given.

This was a great location. Very convenient, clean, quiet and the front desk gentleman was super sweet. The property is a bit dated but was very charming. We felt very safe and the bed was extremely comfortable. The town is adorable and fantastically hospitable. Loved our stay and would absolutely stay again.

We loved the town. The room was not bad for an older hotel. The carpets need to go. Obvious staining.

Downtown location Not as advertised on Booking. No restaurant, not updated in any way. Seems like barebones at higher price. Stairwell had foul odor, even though it was outside stairs. Noisy air conditioning/ fan.
-
Bugs in the room. No screen on the window.

The location was perfect. It’s older but perfectly fine. I enjoyed having a regular coffee maker vs a pod machine with excess plastic and waste. It had some quirks, but was comfortable and clean. There is charm in older places and the staff were friendly.

all wall outlets are loose. noisy

应该给客人提供烧水的热水壶。

The room was clean and they were kind enough to adjust my room so that I had a downstairs room. The town was cute and very walkable and a variety of restaurants
-
Not much the bed sheets were clean, had a Refrigerator, Microwave and Coffee Pot. Was not cleaned very well, the floor and counters. The building is very ran down , homeless people always walking around at all hours day and night. Not handicap accessible bathroom .
-
Looked like homeless people were living behind the hotel.

Where do I start. Property is a dump. Amenities were sadly lacking such as: no hangers in closet, ironing board but no iron, no tissues in room, no clock or phone, floor in bathroom floods when you use the shower, air conditioner very noisy, weird cracking noises in the walls, no rack for suitcase. Would not recommend staying here.

Great place to stay. Staff very helpful. Rooms clean would definitely recommend.

Good location The room smell bad
-
Clean place. Available front desk staff. Good for overnight stop. You get what you pay for with this property.

Location is perfect for exploring all that the Columbia Gorge has to offer

The location is good. The toilet is running the whole time . And someone was walking on the roof in the middle of the night. The shower and toilet is separated by a shower curtain that is too short. And the shower head sprays water all over the toilet. The windows don’t open . There are disintegrating patio chairs blocking the sidewalk to room.

Location great,staff friendly and helpful

It was extremely loud in my room and there were random banging noises throughout the night that kept me up, which resulted in me having to switch rooms at 5:30am. My room was genuinely so gross and there was hair everywhere. I didn’t really feel the safest here. If the front desk guy wasn’t so incredibly nice I would have begged for a partial refund.
