Great customer service from the desk clerk to the cleaning staff! Also enjoyed the breakfast menu !

The room was surprisingly large and comfortable! The bedding was super soft and there were a variety of pillow types on the bed. I appreciated the love seat with ottoman that doubled as a coffee table. This was definitely the most comfortable modestly-priced motel I've stayed in (I've stayed in many).

The breakfast was very good, with the waffle maker available. The room was extremely clean and just felt slightly in need of repair, but I liked the bedding and the air conditioning worked well. The staff were very kind including giving me a much needed toothbrush when asked for. The hotel parking was plentiful. I was very happy with my stay and would recommend to others.

I’ve stayed here several times over the years. It is still a good choice compared to the other close by hotels. It seems to have lost some of its crispness over the years.

Gym not in service again..Speed bumps and entering garage..Will destroy the bottom of your car..Please post signs.

Nice amount of protein and good selection of different types of other foods. Parking was free. The room was quiet. The mattress was memory foam, which feels too hot for me personally.

Excellent place to stay when visiting family in the area. I will stay there again when I'm in Castro Valley.
