Clean room, very helpful staff, good breakfast - and really liked the underground parking. Only diwn is in the accessible bathroom with a tub and seat there was a grab bar at the back of the seat which made it uncomfortable. The grab bar could have had a better placement.

The hotel is clean, my room was spotless. The small touches like the water dispenser in the lobby with lemon was a welcome. Wonderful stay!

It’s a very nice hotel! As always, it’s worth staying here if you’re here to visit the East Bay or Oakland area.

This hotel is one of the best hotels we ever been too. It’s very clean, neat and quiet. The breakfast buffet is very tasty. I would recommend it to friends and family.

Yesterday when I checked in, my key did not work. Went to the front desk and the woman gave me a new key, that again didn’t work. She came with a “master” key and opened it and went back to the front desk and brought me a new one that worked. After breakfast this morning, I went back to my room and the key did not work again. There wasn’t anyone at the front desk and I waited about 10 minutes for someone to return and give me a new key..very frustrating

This hotel was located close to shopping & food. Clean hotel with comfortable pillows. The staff was very friendly and accommodating.

Nice comfortable would stay again. Arrived late to easy check in. Breakfast was typical for the price.

The staff was phenomenal. I cannot say enough how helpful and kind they were. Smiles sll the time, know their business, breakfast was fresh and delicious. The only thing I didn’t like was the unsecure access from parking garage to room. There was staff in the garage for most times but I think after hours would be good. It may not be a problem because the parking garage entrance is not off the Main Street. You have to drive on the property.

The staff was very welcoming and friendly. Parking garage was nice. You can hear everything on the first floor room. The neighbors above us were stomping around for a while and I had to call the front desk since it was after 11pm and we couldn't sleep. They handled it immediately and then we were able to get some rest.
