Location the value clean room comfortable bed The TV was broke they still rented me the room this was my favorite hotel but the new lady at the front desk is a scammed artist second time she did thus to me unacceptable because going there for a long time

Room was clean. Breakfast had no chair or table! Had to carry to the 4th floor room to eat. Had to leave at 10:00 for a funeral. Hard to find! Had to use Google maps to find it! No simplified route to Castro Valley Redwood exit

Nothing The rooms smell bad. It’s not really clean. They don’t offer a breakfast. There’s nothing besides coffee

Staff was exceptional. No BS credit hold or deposit. Toilet valve was incorrect for toilet. Water ran all night if didn't shut off at valve.

The staff was helpful. The bed, shower, bathroom, tv, fridge, and microwave oven were great. The wifi was excellent. The lighting was good. Safeway and other restaurants were in walking distance. The AC was not strong. Due to previous experience, I brought my own electric fan to make up for the weal air conditioner. Breakfast lacked variety. No handles on drawers.

very clean towels, comfortable and very clean bed/beddings, quiet and safe, sufficient parking, very close to groceries such as Safeway and Trader's Joes, and close to Chase bank, very good housekeeping and checks cleaning every day, clean floors and clean bathroom and restroom, "homey" and reception staff very professional and friendly.

HD TV is good, but the facilities are not so clean

Quick check in. The walls are very thin. During my stay I was sleeping next to my partner, I woke up at 7am and our door was open! The only thing securing it was the cheap chain on the top of the door. Turns out our door did not even lock. Not only was our safety endangers but they obviously have continued this negligence for a long time!

Excellent room and good bredfast

Nothing! Everything! My room was dirty, smoke in the air and when I told the staff about my room he said the rooms were full and the other side had no air. I travel all over the world and I've never stayed in a hotel this disgraceful and charging this much. You should be ashamed!

Easy to book, affordable, good location, pleasant enough. Housekeeping was very responsive to my requests, though I did not have them clean my room. It was fine.

Price, long and soft bed, breakfadt. The toilette handle would not work properly. The only sofa was dirty and worn out.
