GLō Best Western Tulsa East Route 66

Friendly staff, easy check in. We stay about once a month when the Hard Rock casino is packed or has an event. The shuttle is convenient and it's nice having a clean safe place to come back to after an evening of fun

Very nice clean boutique hotel. Great location to the East of Tulsa for traveling convenience. FANTASTIC breakfast ! Accommodating staff . Shower pressure was terrible.

Great place for overnight on the road stay. Great value. Room had two chairs, unlike many others we stayed in on this trip.

Very friendly and helpful staff. I am not a fan of rainfall shower heads. I prefer more pressure. There was no door or curtain on the shower. But those things are just a matter of preference. The hotel was nice.

The air conditioning did not seem to work so it was very hard to sleep.

Disappointing

The negatives- we stayed for 4 nights. Not once did they offer us clean towels or check on us. I had to ask for towels and toilet paper on day 3. The breakfast was eh. First day it was folded eggs with American cheese in the middle. No eggs were offered w/o cheese. Second day was scrambled eggs with a potato/sausage/pepper mix. Salsa was available. Clearly burrito fixins…but no tortillas? Third day there was no breakfast at all because someone didn’t show up for work. Oh, and the fitness center was so HOT I had to cut my workout short because I felt like I was going to pass out. The AC controls were locked at 72, but I never heard it click on or felt any airflow at all. And PLEASE raise your bedside lamps up. They’re way too low. Would I stay again? Maybe. I just know not to expect too much outside of a friendly face and a comfy bed.

The check in process took about 40 minutes, 20 of which was spent waiting on someone to come to the check in desk. It was left unattended. Then our room was not properly cleaned. We found hair from someone shaving in the bathroom sink. The air conditioner was under a table and required elastic arms to reach the controls and the room never really got to the temp we had set it for. Would definitely not stay here again.

The staff was extra helpful. The room was beautiful and beds comfy.

Only thing was told no one cleans the room or take trash out everyday. We were there three nights and no soap or anything in bathroom

Nice hotel in a very convenient location. Clean all around property and very nice rooms. Breakfast was fresh and hot daily as well. Staff was very polite and helpful with anything we needed.

Don’t waste your money here

Pretty modern, very comfortable, great breakfast! 2 minutes to Riffs in the casino, let front desk know you need a shuttle to the casino, they do the rest. Extremely quick, staff was very polite and accommodating, Great price for a room on a Saturday night without the casino price!

The hall to my room was hot and humid. Upon entering my room, I was greeted with a ‘not clean’ smell. The chair by the door had dirty stuff all over it. The walls were dirty. The shower floor was either stained or dirty. There was a hair in the shower. The room was hot and humid. The AC was obstructed by a desk. My room didn’t cool off all night. This place is a disgrace to the Best Western name.
