Would stay here again. Super friendly staff, clean rooms, restaurants clean & food good

Only complaint is the lack of signs pointing to the hotel side. And the ones that are posted, arnt any use because they're wrong. An example would be, an arrow says go straight ahead but you actually needed to turn. Best bet is to drive around the entire property and use their valet services for both parking and more information. Id absolutely return though.

I first should start by saying that if you decide to stay here, do not choose any room that has Cherokee after it. They have a new tower that I am sure is gorgeous. I did not know to watch for that and the Cherokee Tower was horrible. I rented two rooms one for my friend and one for myself. Both of the rooms were unacceptable when contacting management they stated that they had remodeled our refurbished to make the rooms. Rustic, however, rustic is not rundown and filthy. The bathroom floor had big cracks. The walls were dirty under the sink where you could plainly see with yellow stuff running down the wall over the baseboard and when a towel was brushed against it it could’ve been wiped off. The whirlpool tub was dirty. There was dark hair in it and I am blonde. The shower was moldy and mildewy. The copper fixture in there were green. It was not a good experience I think it would’ve been much better had I known to choose the new tower. I even requested for the manager to come up and take a look so she could see the condition of the rooms and stated that she would have housekeeping do a full cleaning. She kept going back to referring to the rooms as rustic. It is definitely not the decor or even the furniture that was way outdated that I was complaining about. Also, the thermostats are programmed to not go under 68° because they state that if they do, it will shut their entire system down. I was offered a fan that when I turned the knob there was some nasty stuff on the knob

It is an AMAZING Hotel. Everything you need in one spot. The height of luxury. The staff are amazing!

They try to make your stay the most accommodating as possible as far as what is in their hands would stay there again

This was our first time at Hard Rock Casino and will return! We had a great time! There were a few bartenders that weren't the most friendliest. It seemed like they didn't care to smile or show any type of customer service. The only bartenders that showed great customer service skills were the two female Pool bartenders (I wish I noted their names because they really tried to give us a nice experience). Front desk, casino staff, restaurant staff, hostesses and waitresses were great!

The images on Expedia are NOT to the Hard Rock Hotel and Casino in Tulsa! Very disappointed.

I absolutely love going to hard rock Hotel and casino. This is my fourth time there and I plan on many more times. Everything is absolutely outstanding here.

They do not clean your rooms during your stay until after 4 days. We were not told by desk.
