Hard Rock Hotel and Casino Tulsa

We had a great stay! The hotel was very clean, and there were plenty of things to do during our visit. The swimming pool was great. We really enjoyed our time here and will definitely be back. Highly recommend!

Staff was friendly and the hotel was clean and beautiful. However, they checked our cooler when coming in and made us take back out to the car because I had wine in it. Then, we couldn’t find a bar that was open. It’s petty but frustrating.

Beautiful Hotel and Casino! Best stay!

Over all we had a good stay, we were there for 5 days for a softball tournament had to ask two days in a row more than once each time for clean towels, then when they finally delivered some they just threw them on the counter in front of the tv. The red head lady at the front counter was extremely rude two of the times we went to ask for towels. But we were told by other staff she’s always like that. We enjoyed the pool and food.

Love the hotel, very clean

Everything was excellent except old guy in lobby(bellman) I asked him a question and he kept walking so I stopped him and then he responded but terrible. And then we asked to maintenance guy in the casino he help us to find something to eat really late he tell us that the food court was opened till 2:30 and the only thing that was open was for panini and pizza I would say need more selection of food. And for last check in was great but if they can explained better when you have to use elevator and like give a map from hotel would be excellent

Nothing special about the facility. Convenient but a little pricey.

I was looking forward to enjoying a day at the pool, and learned that their pool chairs are very uncomfortable. There was something spilled in the elevator that, after many hours and trips up and down, was never cleaned. The hotel could use a refresh.

We loved our room. It was big and comfy. I loved how the casino floor was loud and proud but our room was super quiet and relaxing. Pools and hot tub were closed

Clean room, very modern, good coffee shop. Had a great stay.

Family friendly

This hotel was clean, modern (common area, hallways, and room) and fun with all the rock n' roll paraphenalia, murals, wordings, pictures, models, etc. Although smoking is allowed in the casino area, there was still an inviting fragrance throughout the building within and outside of the casino areas to where the smoke smell was not overwhelming. The staff was helpful towards my inquiries. Gym had diverse options. Free, covered parking garage attached to hotel was great! I enjoyed my stay.

Love this place!!

Very clean rooms. Nice bathroom SMOKE everywhere. Not just in smoking area, no doors so it just went everywhere. The restaurants were hard to eat in as all were off smoking area. Did not visit carvers.

Need to caveat that this is a smoking hotel. It smelled awful for us and our kids.
