Valet was courteous. Bellhop came right out. Rooms were clean and pillows were very nice! They search coolers and don’t let you take any alcohol to the room. We like to have a beer and visit before we go to the casino

We love going here. It is a safe place you can go and let loose and stay out of trouble and not have to worry about it. Staff is really great and Jacob the bartender at Trak 5 makes really good drinks. Recommend you have him make your drinks .

Found some of the bar staff a little rude but mainly great service in restaurants. Love the casino.

Very comfortable bed. Very quiet. Nice to have food choices in walking distance. Not a gambler so avoided Casino area.

I’m an elderly person so it was entirely too crowded to suit me. I kept getting turned around in the casino and the music was too loud to suit me.

The hot tub was cold and not functioning properly when we stayed, which was disappointing after a long day of driving. We were really looking forward to the hot tub... but the young lady at the main desk called maintenance immediately to get it fixed. She even offered a partial refund for the inconvenience. Overall, we loved our stay and plan to come back to stay for a concert or two in the future.

Everything you need is right there. For the price, I would think they would give a food voucher or something. Less expensive hotels offer continental breakfast.

The Hotel is always clean, we always stay in the King Suite Towers and we love them. The food at the Diner is awesome. Always a great time when we stay.
