Room was clean and the heating/cooling worked well.

Great guest service and the room was nice and clean. The water in the shower was lukewarm at best and breakfast was horrible. No eggs at all. Bisquick was dry and tasted like cardboard (even with the fake gravy). I have stayed in MANY Fairfield over the years and have never had this happen. I am not sure if they were waiting on a delivery truck or what but the "breakfast" was bad unless you wanted cereal.

The check in process was quick and easy. Did not use the amenities this visit but we walked the property everything was clean and tidy.

The receptionist was friendly and helpful. The breakfast staff was friendly. The manager was rude to one of his staff members while I checked in

Considering the cost of the rooms, everything should have been perfect. My door had issues opening. The hot tub was not hot water. Breakfast was lukewarm.

Room looked clean, but had a slight odor , like maybe it had been used by someone with a dog.

The room was very clean. Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast had many choices and tasted great. I'd definitely stay here again.

I have never given a review. We have been staying at Marriott hotels for years. This one needs to be closed down. The staff were very nice BUT the hotel was very nasty, not dirty, NASTY. I have pictures and will be sending them to corporate. Nasty dining area - chairs had old filthy nasty stained material, tables were chipped on corners and nasty. We started to walk out but it was late and we were hungry. Ordered an appetizer only and the wings were over cooked. The elevators looked like they had not ever been cleaned. Room was decent. Alarm clock went off at 6:01 am - don’t know if it was a joke set up by the cleaning staff or prior guest. We didn’t get to sleep until 1:30ish due to cars going back and forth revving up engines. Apparently we were in a bad area. Police told us they have to line the street on Saturday nights due to the mischief that goes on there up and down Reno St. I called downstairs and asked if they could call police and was told the police is going the best they can. DON’T STAY AT THIS HOTEl.
