I can only give credit to the woman who checked us in. She was the best part of the hotel.

It was a good experience. However the outside highway traffic construction was confusing and complicating to get to the hotel.

Super loud air conditioning with a strongly smelling room like mold/mildew from not enough ventilation. Annoying blinking light on the fire strobe throughout the night, sometimes blinking in rapid succession. Had to evacuate due to a fire alarm within 10 minutes of arrival. It was clean and comfortable, but the AC, blinking light, and fire alarm combined to make it feel disrupted.

Pool was closed all weekend. The clerks were never at the desk, There were ants all over the room and I was on the 4th floor. There is a major bug infestation at that hotel.

Our stay was excellent. However, I was disappointed that the pool was closed. The pool could have been open, especially for a holiday weekend. The person at the front desk said it was closed for cleaning but it looked great through the window. I will call for sure next time as that is why I chose this location.

The fact that they booked a biker group with 60 plus members and no one to work front desk to help with check in. Waited 1 hour 20 minutes to check in

The main disappointment I had was that the pool was down. That is why I chose there. Most of the other hotels close to the hard rock within shuttle distance just have indoor pools.

Nice and clean hotel but the beds are as hard as a rock

Breakfast was good.. close proximity to a lot of things and the shuttle to the casino was awesome.
