Holiday Inn Express & Suites Tulsa East - Catoosa by IHG

The main disappointment I had was that the pool was down. That is why I chose there. Most of the other hotels close to the hard rock within shuttle distance just have indoor pools.

Nice and clean hotel but the beds are as hard as a rock

Breakfast was good.. close proximity to a lot of things and the shuttle to the casino was awesome.

The breakfast here was amazing, and the staff was very responsive. The room I stayed in, had a shower curtain, that was broken and would not close all the way. A chair was also broken, not exactly stable to sit in. I didn’t say anything because I was only there one day. I let the staff know when I left about the shower curtain. I would stay there again based on the breakfast, and it was clean.

Now the washers and dryers was another thing. Starting with the washers. It took my quarters, but not all of them were counted and then it would not take anymore. The clerk gave me the quarters and I put them in the other washer. When time to dry our laundry the filters were so dirty with one of them having powder detergent stick on the filter.

It was clean and bed was comfortable! It was clean and close to venue for a show.

This hotel is absolutely disgusting!!!! Unacceptable on every level

People were friendly, Bed was great and the room quiet. Love it.

Breakfast was generally good, except for the coffee, which on my last morning of a four night stay, was late in arrival and poorly prepared.

It was in a convenient location The pool was in bad shape. It hadn’t been cleaned in a couple of days.. The air conditioner made so much noise you couldn’t sleep.

The pool was unusable and very green. There was no way it would have been fixed in a day much less the next day I chose this hotel because the availability of the pool for the family. The desk clerk said she wouldn’t cancel our reservation even though we didn’t stay.

we liked the room, very nice and spacious, loved the beds and very nice bathroom. Very clean The pool was not available, it was green and being cleaned. We were very disappointed as we had 4 children with us and was looking for forward to swimming. They should have sent a message letting us and everyone else know the pool would not be available so we could decide if we wanted to make other arrangements and not be charged a cancellation fee. Also, the ice machine on our floor was broken so we had to go to another floor for ice.

We had a wonderful stay! Minus a few things - wish the room was more soundproof as our toddler was a bit more energetic late at night. The breakfast is fantastic! Especially loved the pancake machine where you press a button then a pancake comes out.

The whole stay was great, it made for a very comfortable place to stop especially when on a long road trip
