cable was out both mornings, room had unpleasant odor in fridge, towels were stained, no one typically present at front desk. Hotel is quiet and conveniently located. Bed was comfy. Agent at check-in recommended restaurants that were helpful.

Kind staff with a quick check-in and a clean, comfortable room.

Would definitely stay again.

Our 2 day stay was perfect. All employees were very accommodating. Happy that our room was right across from the elevator. Laundromat was to the left of us and convenient ice machine in the middle of floor! I recommend. THANK YOU!

Clean rooms and everything was nice.

This hotel was conveniently located five minutes from the airport. The staff was amazing, the rooms spacious, complimentary breakfast available, and the airport shuttle were all great! I would recommend that the rooms are cleaned a little better. The microwave was stained, dirt smudges on bathroom wall/door handles, and the carpet or something had a faint mildew smell. Overall, if you are flying in and want to be close to the airport with shuttle service it’s convenient.

Good hotel, clean and friendly staff, they were doing minor cosmetic repairs but was very quiet and mindful.

Whole building seems to be in disarray. I know they’re doing remodeling, but it looks rough. My room smelt like sewage. Shower and bathroom were full of mold.

Location wasn't that great, no eating place of Quality in the Neighbourhood

We checked in at the last moment.And we're pleasantly surprised by the size of the room.It was huge! While the hotel states, it is non-smoking, and I got an email to that effect the hallway by our room reeked of weed and the group of gentlemen sitting outside were all smoking, so you had to walk through a puff to get into the actual hotel. The floor we stayed on was under reconstruction, it looks like they took down wallpaper and are repainting. I have to say it was the best shower I have ever had in a hotel! I liked that as an environmentally conscious person, the soap shower gel shampoo et cetera were mounted onto the shower, so it can just be refilled instead of those tiny little containers that you just throw away. The breakfast buffet was well stocked and immaculate, the staff was super friendly and did a great job keeping it well stocked. I would definitely recommend this place as a stop off of I-77 and I-26.
