Red Roof Inn Columbia, SC Airport

This was the worse red roof I've ever seen, it was not clean, and they scammed us out of money because we didn't want to stay there, would never recommend someone to stay here

Pet friendly (no charge for 1 dog), good place to exercise dog, able to park car right outside of our room, clean, plenty of hot water, great selection of TV channels, quiet until morning, coffee available in the morning, close to interstate, and very good value. Noisy air conditioner in our room.

The light in the bathroom area was not working but wiggled the switch and it came on, no stopper in the sink.

The sheets had stains, the bathroom and floors was dirty.

The room was not clean and the outlets did not work. They did allow my dog. That was the only good thing. This place is in need of updates and the bathtub was didn't look clean at all.

Terrible staff, terrible amenities, clogged toilet. Manager asked me to unclog my toilet myself or leave the hotel. Then didn’t give refund.

The room smelled like smoke and the blankets had holes and stains.

I wasnt able to stay. After being shown 2 different rooms I had ro cancel my stay. Blood on sheets, holes. Mold in the room, cracked up shower walls, bathroom light didn't work. And not willing to give refund. Horrible customer service

No pants on or underwear on for the world to see you should be apologizing . I CALLED THE POLICE ON YOU! You should all be ashamed of yourself. Sorry doesn’t fix the distress!

My boyfriend had left for work and someone knocked on the door around 10:48 I told them don’t open the door. Then the lady down stairs behind the front desk came up and opened the door without knocking with me not having on any pants she saw me naked. How disgusting ! You also could have potentially if not already exposed me to other people . You did not initiate a refund told me to after pleading that you were sorry for 15 minutes and calling people on the phone. I told you I was going to call the police. I called Expedia they said that your company did not answer the phone so at that point I filed a police report. When the police came he stated that you said you made contact with Expedia for me. I’m not aware of what was said. You broke your contract and broke my trust. I feel exposed. You should have never saw me naked. Then you tried to lie and say that the tv was on no it was not. I told the lady not to open the door then you came up and just opened the door. I didn’t need excuses or lies. I told you that apology was not accepted and that you should be careful because someone else might not be as nice as I was.

I didn’t like nothing about the room don’t recommend Smelled like smoke not enough towels and the floors and tub was nasty… I work in Housekeeping so I know what to look for and I wasn’t happy

Nothing! Mold on ceiling - room stunk - unpainted patchwork on wall - 2 lamps missing bulbs - no lib on ice bucket - dead bug in ice bucket - request to be moved denied.
