Sleep Inn Columbia Airport

Location Elevator was out of surface. Room floor was not clean & very damp musty.

Beds were pretty comfortable. It was quiet. Employee that checked us in was helpful and polite. Breakfast was not great but to be fair it rarely is in this class of hotel. A little run down here and there. Wall to wall carpeting in the rooms.

The room was meh, stains on bedding. Carpet was gummy. Fire alarm the day we were checking out and elevator was locked down. I had a convention to get to so I had to hoof my large carrier and luggage along with my elderly mother down the stairs while staff stood in the parking lot smoking.... not a good look. Staff should have been proactive in assisting guests during this time. Not a happy camper nor a great start to my day. Will not be back!

I would stay again for short trip as needed.

Decent location The rooms are much smaller than expected, the shower and the toilet are essentially the same space. But worst of all is the front desk staff. Some rooms have microwaves and fridges, others don’t… no idea why

The staff provided wonderful service. They were very welcoming. The room was mildewy and the carpet in the room was wet. The breakfast was chalky (eggs) and the biscuits were hard.

This property was shabby and run down in comparison to other places at this price point.

We booked a stay here The staff was rude from the get go Place was not clean inside or outside I have pictures of the 3 star hotel I was asked to put a deposit down when I arrived So I did They will not refund my 100 dollars Says we smoked one room We most certainly did not not They are scammers Do not stay here The Homy is awesome

The staff was nice It was dirty. The bathroom was dirty with hair in the shower and the nlankets had cigarettes stains on it

I have stayed here before and had good experience. Always on the first floor. This time i booked directly with the hotel and not a 3rd party app. I WILL NEVER AS LONG AS I LIVE STAY AT THIS HOTEL AGAIN. Any time i am asked I will warn other of this hotel. They put me in the crack room. The bugs. When i walked in i noticed the pillows in the middle of the bed. I found out later why they did this. The bugs came out from behind the wooden head board. The later it got, the more bugs i saw. I was afraid to go to sleep. I couldnt waste another $140 on a room so i had to just pull a sheet and wrap myself in a protective cucoon so no roached would get on me or crawl in my mouth. At one point i looked up and there was an army of roaches looking down at me from the head board. I wad absolutly horrified. I have never in my life stayed in such conditions. The entire top floor of this hotel should be condemned. I am absolutly horrified. No person should be subject to these conditions at $120 a night. On top of that, I NEVER RECIEVED MY SECURITY DEPOSIT BACK. I will continue to leave bad reviews and complain as much as I can. HOW DARE YOU force me to stay in such conditions at that price. I thought i was paying what ended up costing me $170 to stay in a roach INFESTED room with crack pipes burns on the bedside table and bathtub. I will never. I oughta complain to the BBB and any other agency that over sees these establishments.
