Hotel was very convenient, clean and quiet. Staff was very friendly and helpful. We used the pool, which was nice and well-maintained. Hotel is walking distance to several restaurants. Breakfast was very good.

I notified the hotel prior to my stay requesting feather down pillows. To my surprise, they were already in my room after checking in. Thank you!

We checked in, but found the room to be smelling like smoke. We told Naji about it and she was able to change our room which made our stay wonderful!

One feature I especially appreciated was the complimentary laundry facilities, which made it easy to wash clothes during my stay. The hotel also provides towels for the pool, so guests don't need to use their room towels or bring their own unless they prefer to. Check-in and check-out were both quick and hassle-free. One thing worth noting is that the hotel observes quiet hours from 10:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m. and asks guests to be respectful of that policy. Unfortunately, not everyone followed the rules. There is a pool and outdoor fire pit area near my room, and some guests gathered there talking and laughing loudly from about 11:00 p.m. until 12:30 a.m. I don't blame the hotel for this; the issue was simply inconsiderate guests. Aside from the noise, I had no problems during my stay and would definitely consider staying here again.

The staff is always welcoming and helpful and the rooms are always clean and comfortable. Great beds and pillows. We always choose Staybridge Cedar Park on Arrow Point when in the area.

Very friendly and helpful staff. My third time to stay here this year. I’ll be back in September and November. Rooms are big, clean, comfortable. Hotel is close to many stores.

Very clean, pool was also clean. Beds comfortable. Only hiccup was the hotel software was down and we could not get a key initially. However staff walked us to our room to open and could not have been nicer.

Really noisy, doors slamming, housekeeping doesn’t have any regard for us that sleep during the day.

It was ok, the ac wasn’t working right, but it was quiet in the hotel and I was able to rest during the day. Staff is always nice to me.

Best hotel we’ve stayed at in a long time!! Close to everything. Quite not far off of road. Busy but with no complaints! Loved everything!!
