AmericInn by Wyndham Cedar Rapids Airport

Were given wrong paper at check in. The room was dark and the bathroom door did not shut properly. Very little water pressure. Breakfast attendant was friendly but not much choice for food.

The room smelt old and musty. The furniture looks like it's from the 80's and had holes in the fabric showing the old brown padding. Sheets were not white. They had stains on them that looked like blood spots and yellow sweat stains. Beds are old and stained and were uncomfortable. I will never stay at a AmericInn again.

Staff was helpful and kind.. Unfortunately, the spa (hot tub) was closed, but the pool was open. Free parking. The air-conditioning worked well. I would definitely stayed there again..

Property was clean and well maintained, room was especially clean. Easy check-in & check out process. Front desk staff was excellent !!! Efficiently handled a couple of requests. Breakfast was handy, eggs, sausage, pancakes and dining area was kept stocked and clean.

It was ok. Staff was very friendly and helpful. One room smelled damp. The hot tub didn't work and the pool was cool. Food was good at breakfast.

Bathroom vent is rusty, otherwise room and facilities well clean and good condition. Affordable prices compared to other hotels in the area.

Staff were very friendly, best part of stay. Room was clean. But older building with that preciously-smoked in smell in the walls. Nice to have free breakfast. Typical “near the airport” hotel.

The gentleman working the front desk was absolutely amazing and answered my questions no matter how silly it may have been.

Room was very dirty, smelled of mold, and a dead insect in the bathroom.

Clean hotel for a nice price. Room was clean, bathroom was better than expected, and the jacuzzi made it even sweeter. Within a 5-7min drive to the data center project.

Nice clean rooms with decent breakfast

The front desk staff person that we worked with was incredibly helpful, friendly, and accommodating. We had a unique situation with two adults and 15 students. She gave the chaperones keys to all the student rooms, allowed us to use the breakfast area for dinner, watched cameras to allow us better control of the students and any issues that could have arisen. She was extremely kind and generous to us. And she was there throughout our whole overnight stay, from early Tuesday afternoon until checkout on Wednesday. She is an asset to AmericInn. With its proximity to the airport, I will tell everyone I know about how great and how convenient it is. Thank you for your hospitality!
