They have bagged breakfast if your flight is too early for their free breakfast. And an EV charger! Pretty quiet too. It lives up to its star rating

My flight was delayed, so I arrived late at the front desk, but no one was there. I had to ring the bell about three times before a staff member finally came. After checking in, I tapped the room key I'd been given for my guest room on the third floor against the door's sensor, but the lock didn't open. I went back to the front desk on the first floor to have the room key reset, then returned to my room on the 3rd floor and tried again, but the door still wouldn't open. I went back to the front desk again and was given a different room. Since I hadn’t slept for over thirty hours, I ended up wasting time that I could have used to catch up on sleep. The breakfast selection was good, and they had plenty of hot dishes available. I also appreciated the free shuttle service to the airport after check-out.

Breakfast is very good and some items are changed daily. Overall the room was fine but the blackout curtains need to be replaced, at least in the room we were in. Good location close to the airport and the highway.

The hotel was nice and relatively clean. It was noticed that it was beat up a little: scrapes and scratches on the walls, dents in the walls, corners of walls were damaged, stains on walls, etc. But overall it was clean and well kept - could probably use a little TLC. Staff was helpful, polite and engaging. Breakfast was standard. Beds were hard.

Staff was friendly and helpful! It was a nice touch that they had “breakfast on the go” bags since we had to leave for the airport so early. This is our second time staying and would stay there again!

Horrible customer service. Not safe to stay with families. People in the parking lot doing illegal stuff apparently they are allowed to be in the parking lot for days since they knew the working staff. The room I paid for was overbooked. Do not stay here worse experience ever.

This hotel is complete trash and not well maintained. All amenities, towels, pillows and bedding are of extremely poor quality. I would not recommend staying here. The place was also filthy.

Ww came in very late. Staff was helpful. Shuttle was great to and from airport.

Hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. The shuttle to the airport was perfect! Bed was really comfortable. Was really nice that breakfast opened at 5am during the week so we could grab breakfast before leaving. If you left earlier than that, they had a bag with some breakfast items for you to take to go.

This hotel is not very clean and well maintained. Staff was slow and appeared disinterested in their jobs, not very friendly. I think the options in that area (the airport) are very limited so one is a captive audience to the poor management b

Wonderful staff and very clean room.

The couch angle had a semi blocked view of the tv so we moved it a bit and found so much junk underneath (crumbs, cereal, small bottles, cereal bar wrappers), very gross. Tv remote was broken so employee at front desk gave us the one to the main lobby’s tv. The price was three times the amount of a much fancier hotel we stayed at two days prior and it was also three times as large. It’s a crime how much you charge!!
