Location Could have been cleaner

I could park my car, fly and pick up the car when I came back after a week A/C was running in the room, I couldn't adjust or shut it down so I unplugged it. when I came back to the airport after 5pm I had no hotel shuttle to pick me up from airport because they stop the shuttle at 5pm

Do NOT stay at this property unless you want to stay at a sub-Motel 6. The toilet in my room took nearly 5 minutes to digest a load of solid waste. The place reeked of disinfectant, of which they did not use enough. I asked for a handicapped room on the first floor. When I checked in, my room was given to someone else and I was moved to the second floor in the room from hell. The place was full of construction workers, who devoured the same food that made me sick just to taste it. The front desk person tried her best to help, but she was all alone. A night of no sleep.

Proximity to airport and friendly, helpful staff. The place was clean and quiet. Rug was a bit worn and the paint could be freshened up.

Breakfast was decent. All staff we encountered were friendly and polite. TV did not work in our room so we couldn’t watch Monday night football after driving for ten hours. No signal. Connection from cable was broken. Too late to switch rooms after unloading all of our stuff before trying the TV. Drawers in dresser kept coming open randomly. We stayed at four different chain hotels on this trip and this was by far the worst one overall. The place was just run down and in need of many upgrades. I do have to say that the staff was helpful with at least trying to help.

Clean room

Outdated hotel. Strange smells. Toilet that does not flush well. Loud air-conditioning unit in room. The staff was friendly and helpful. Ultimately, the price did not match the value.

The location was excellent, perfect for my needs. I didn't have to wait long for the shuttle, which was parked outside and always ready to make the 5-minute run to the airport. The staff was small, but cross-trained to do multiple jobs (including driving the shuttle!) which made them efficient. And they were always friendly and helpful to me. A minor issue: The latch on the door from the hallway into my room was a bit tricky and reluctant to open on my first attempt. A housekeeper saw my struggle and offered to help. Even then, it took her a couple of tries before the door cooperated. Fortunately, it never balked on my exiting the room!

Coffee and chocolate chip cookies upon arriving was nice. Very helpful reception desk as we had an issue that was quickly taken care of. Pool area was a mess. Towels all over the floor and no clean towels but I’m blaming guests for not putting them in the used towels bin. The bed was very comfy. The guests upstairs were stomping around rather late. Good breakfast.

The bathtub and shower were filthy. I went to the front desk in the morning before my flight to speak to someone about it, but nobody was around. I had to leave to catch my flight. I contacted Expedia about it and was denied a refund because I wasn't able to talk to the manager about it. However, when Expedia called them, no manager was available
