This place is absolutely awful and disgusting. There are stains and spills all throughout the room. I was supposed to get 2 queen sized beds and they gave me fulls instead. Blood splattered on the walls in the bathroom. My main concern was safety though. There were multiple sketchy people sitting in their cars at night watching us. There was one barely functioning lock on the main door. The window looks like someone has previously broken into it. Another conjoining door that had a small sign stating that the door does not work but still didn’t trust that. And most concerning of all; THERE WAS NO SMOKE ALARM in the room. The entire unit was removed so I know it was supposed to be in the room. Also throughout the night we heard multiple shots not far from the building. The pictures depicted online was clearly only taken and have not been updated since this place was open. I will NEVER stay here again and will make sure everyone that I know or anyone that cares to stay far away.

The price was good a good location. It was near the freeway so it was easy to get to. I didn’t like the fact that the staff was kind of rude when we try to get help and let them know that I’m one of the remotes to the TV the back was missing the toilet lid where the water tank is was broke and also the handle to the bathroom was loose. When we try to let them know they just kinda shrugged it off. Also, our key at one point wasn’t wanting to let us in so my husband took it to them inside and she was kind of rude snatched from his hand, put it into whatever machine they use started punching the numbers really hard and then pretty much tossed it back to my husband like we were bothering her. I used to stay there a couple different times and it was under somebody else taking care of it. They were wonderful, but the people now know I will not ever go back.

For the most part, the staff was wonderful, the place was a great location just off the freeway, and it was decently clean. However the shower head was leaking water all around and spraying on the wall, there is no plug for the tub. The microwave was a bit worn and grubby. The place was hanging in there but could use some maintenance. The sink had a slow drain so probably needs to be cleared of a clog, but the toilet flushed wonderfully and had a new toilet seat. All the Linens were spotless and white as were the towels. Overall I'm still pleased the stay. I think the price was a bit much for the quality of the room. Shaving 20 bucks off the price would have matched the quality better. Broken fixtures, light over the sink flickered and sometimes didn't come on when you flip the switch on. You would have to wait after turning it on for a few minutes before it decided to come on completely. Microwave look like it been through a tornado it was a bit dirty and banged up pretty bad. The curtains for a bit small for the window and didn't cover completely, so people walking by could peek in if you had the lights on and see what was going on.

After I checked in my room, first off the room door was broke and I had to slam the door like 6 times and lock it because it will not close. There was no phone, no wifi and it was a little rundown. And to top it off there were Hella roaches that came out at night I did not sleep at all. And I paid for travel insurance so I hope I get refunded back or credit voucher to stay somewhere else.

First room I was offered smelled overwhelmingly like cigarette smoke, second one was okay but smoke detectors were all removed, lots of stains on the walls, missing outlet covers and faulty outlets. Not the cleanest beyond a cursory glance. Don’t look under the beds or at the ceiling. Hot water was short lived, property was definitely in need of some repair. Not a great part of town with arrests happening just around the corner and police abundant. Obviously some guests were “long term”. We were in need because we booked last minute on a busy weekend but I would not return. Cheap but you get what you pay for.

Room was clean and comfortable. The lamp bedside was not plugged in so it didn’t work. The shower did not work, no water at all.

Cheap Needs total refurbishment. Exterior needs work interior not much better.

1st room was clean & comfy - until about 9:30 when dog in joining room started barking nonstop. Occupant left dog while he left and couldn't return until midnight. Manager/owner(?) moved us to another room, which we appreciated. 2nd room was smaller, it was clean but in disrepair. TV did not work. Comfy beds, plenty of towels so for price 1st room was a pleasant surprise. Exterior was unkempt, weeds along walkway, made it look very sketchy.

The room was dirty. Bathroom was dirty and steam vent was broke and hanging. Tv did not work. Horrible experience.

Staff was ok. Water didn't heat up enough and when it did lasted only a few minutes. Daily housekeeping was not up to expectations, facility doesn't have a gardener so everything was overgrown, heater didn't work if you used microwave, upkeep and maintenance were lacking or wasn't really there at all. They need to hire maintenance and gardeners....

I stayed there with my son as the midpoint on the two day Seattle to Portland bike ride (STP). It was a good value and exactly what we needed. This is your basic low cost, well maintained, family run motel. It beat staying in a tent on the grounds of Centralia College. If I was on a road trip traveling by car, I would probably choose something a little nicer, maybe one of the national chains. This is not so much a negative as just stressing the point that this is a inexpensive value motel.
