Very clean, modern hotel, neighborhood not the best, but would absolutely stay there again.

This reservation was canceled about a week before in an area with few options and a cycling event in which I was a participant. The hotel over booked and kicked me off with no options. Won’t be booking with the hotel or Expedia any time soon.

I can't write down anything if I didn't stay there, the only thing I know it was close to everything I needed go online and make reservations and then get to the motel and found out they don't take reservations online then you have to hope you can found another place on short notice, they weren' very helpful at all,couldn't try to make it work for us to stay

The hotel looks NOTHING like the pictures. I honestly thought we had pulled up to a crack house. Ten thumbs down!! 👎

Location. Park and restaurants to walk to, mostly to get out of the room. Room was a good size. AC worked ok. Mildew in bathroom, shoddy repairs, toilet was not secure, no bath plug. Beds need replaced. Floor needs to be mopped. Spongy floor needs replaced.

Check in was easy, location os right off interstate but this hotel is very run down and full of transients:( people outside all hours of the night. Our tlilet overflowed into the floor everywhere and the poor desk clerk had fix it herself and clean it all up.

They are nothing but scam artists and stole my money.

My rooms were cancelled and I was not notified. I showed the receptionist proof of prepaid reservation and I was still told there was nothing they could do except charge me for new rooms. I have never received any refund for my prepaid rooms. I had to go elsewhere for my stay. I will never stay there again

They require a $100 cash deposit before checking in, did not know that while booking. Supposed to be a 24hr front desk. Went to check out and get our cash deposit back and doors were locked, no answer when pushing buzzer or calling. After waiting nearly an hour someone finally showed up. I've never heard of this chain and will not be staying with them again!

Clean rooms. Respectable staff Front desk clerk has to be housekeeping too. Hire more people. Room wasn’t ready til 5pm

Absolutely the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at. Completely disgusting room.

We did not stay in the room. Too much big bugs flying around and the room is very dirty. The bedsheets have stains. The smell of the room was terrible. We don’t feel safe to stay there.

A lot if parking spaces Everything else. The asking about 100 bucks deposit cash only. You don’t know that because they telling ghat during check-in. You have to go across the street to ATM snd pay extra fee. Room cleaned but not clean. Dirty carpet. A lot on old blemishes. All walls have many unpatched holes from old furniture or something. Also stains on the walls. Bathroom yellowish. All interior screams - “I need remodeling “. No soap, no shampoo. Comforter all in stains. Towels was clean. BTW towels was delivered later after the question - “Do you need towels?”. Of course! No soap and shampoo anyways. :( Everything on the outside littered with cigarette ends. They have big ad - Free Wi-Fi, Free HBO. Guess what - Wifi not working, HBO not working. Probably only in my stay but we have what we have.

Gum stuck to wall in plain sight by the bed, the security locks on the door have already been ripped off the door molding and never fixed, multiple holes in every wall, dirty floor that are feet were black right after showering, hair stuck to the floor in the bathroom, bathroom is falling apart from being so moist with no exhaust fan, walls were soft from having no exhaust fan, NO SOAP, I go back to the front desk and I was told it is on back order but they didn’t care to tell me when I checked in. BED was horrible, felt exactly like boxsprings with no mattress, the 2nd queen in there was broken. I did not have enough energy to argue and try to find another room at another hotel in a sold out town. Not one thing is updated, outside and inside need painted badly. A desk with no chairs in the room. TV about 20 inches wide. Fridge is about a foot big, fits a couple waters. Towels don’t even cover your whole body. No washclothes. No soap. The outside hallways look like dead bodies have been drug down them and never been rinsed off.

Room was filthy, meth pipe and other unsavory objects left in room, bathroom was awful and toilet was broken. Absolutely disgusting
