The staff are very nice n helpful.

Noisy. I was charged $120. I called they said they gonna send me a picture but they didn't. No proof no receipt.

Hotel is a bit aged. Needs to be updated. For the price it was acceptable.

IDK what to say. Ho hum. Service was ho hum. Messy counters at reception. Unfolded laundry. Receptionist looked like no one cared about her appearance. She certainly didn’t. No towels. Broken fixtures. Upside: Bed good. Pillows were nice. Zero frills.

My career has been in customer service and I was astounded at this “first customer impression.” So much so that I asked her name: Hannah. Hannah is better suited for a non-customer facing job. On a bright note, the room was clean. The toilet did not function well and the shower was slow to drain, but that’s not a maid issue (other than reporting to maintenance). Complimentary in-room coffee was nasty, but the machine appeared to be clean (always do a self clean too; don’t ask why, take my word and just do it). There was only one small soap. If you decide to book, bring along a shower soap. The “complimentary lobby coffee” was a machine which appeared unused in months. Checkout was worse than Hannah. The man was extremely inconvenienced at our ringing him to the desk at 10:00AM. He irritated me so I requested a receipt to simply inconvenience him. Yeah, whatever. You (almost) get what you pay for; it was clean. Don’t know the name of the place as the sign was covered. There was an Under New Management sign.

Great price for quick night stay

Nothing Cozy about this place. Remember they advertise that they serve complimentary breakfast. Not the day when i was there, for nearly 1 year or may be more they havenot served any breakfast, as reported by their own staff. They also have a habit of charging people who stay unnecessarily with no fault of them whatever amount they like. I came across similar reviews ignored and booked and i ended up paying some price. They charged me with a reason that hand towel I used has become unusable by them, which was not only false but also made them charge unreasonable amount for it. Please stay off.

This is no 5 star motel. It is an affordable clean place to sleep on your way to somewhere. The Olympic pub is a great place to get some dinner. I like to Karaoke at The Junction a few miles out Harrison ave.

Clean enough room for a nights stay, and very comfortable bed. Very centrally located. Steps away to a mini mart, multiple dining choices wothin walking distance, and outlet malls across the street. Near an amazing huge park, short drive or medium walk. Room had fridge with tiny freezer that worked! And microwave, coffee pot that takes pods is available. No ice machine, pool closed and no breakfast. Can get loud if other guests are up luaghing or whatnot. Bring earplugs if that bothers you. We loved our stay, would stay again.

Our room was dirty and all baseboards were missing exposing to the wall insides. The pool was out of commission as well. I asked if we could cancel our reservation and move somewhere else and the staff person said no.

Two things that annoyed me about this stay. One was the front desk girl, I didn’t get her name, didn’t make eye contact with me or greet me when I came in. All I got was, “Do you have a reservation?” I replied yes and pulled out my itinerary. In the meantime, the phone rang and she answered. Which is fine, but she processed to fully help the person on the line, rather than asking them to hold because she was with a customer. She was on the phone for about 10 minutes while I waited. Once she hung up I got a mumbled apology. It didn’t kill me to wait but I found it rude. However, anytime I had a question for her she was pleasant enough to talk too. Secondly, I checked out about 0530-0600. There wasn’t any person at desk, which was expected. But there wasn’t any safe place to leave my keycard. There were no checkout instructions at all. I called the on-call number and got some dude still asleep telling me to just leave the card on the front desk. While the place was safe enough, I was really worried someone could take the keycard and do whatever they wanted with my room. They need a secure box at the desk or clear instructions for customers to leave their keycard in the room when checking out. There’s some road noise, mainly bikers revving their bikes. Otherwise, it was quiet. W/D, ice machine onsite.

Wish they had coffee machines in the room

The room was okay,, the first room I got put in had a shower that was not properly working. I hit moved to another room which reeked cigarettes, it had someone's possession on one of the drawer. The lady at the front desk was rude as well. I can't blame her we all have bad days,, but she had poor customer service. Other than that it wasn't bad

Convenient location and somewhat cheaper than most other nearby hotels, which reflected the lack of a breakfast. I had been forewarned about this and there are several breakfast options the other side of the Interstate

Our room looked like it was in the process of being renovated but wasn’t finished. Paint on the old carpet, no baseboards, the shower head looked like it had been jammed into the wall with putty around it. Overall very poor condition. I would not stay here again.

Friendly staff, clean room. Shower was slow to drain. Water pressure was low. Flushing the toilet reduced shower to a dribble.
