Quite Everything was excellent

Historic nature of the Hotel and town No staff to greet us :(

Location. Ease of check in. Instructions very clear. Great restaurant right downstairs (though not sure if they’re at all related). We knew there was only a tub but a shower would be a great upgrade.
-
It's a lovely hotel, but I won't be back because I need a person to talk to when things won't work. That is a factor about it being a "good deal'.
-
Outstanding hotel. Sad it was only a stopover night. Beautiful place, cool rooms and most importantly a great manager who solved my booking mistake. Honestly, nothing. Great place
-
Easy check in check out. At the parking lot, it would be great to include a sign that it is the right parking for the hotel as there are some warning signs not to park there, so we were hesitant to park.

The charm of this old building is lovely and the staff is very kind. We were in town for a wedding and needed to check in early and they kindly accommodated our request. In addition the attached restaurant serves huge portions and the chef salad and cranberry mimosa were great! We rented #305 2 bedroom suite, and no shower but the tub and steaming hot soak were amazing. If you’re into older historic boutique hotels, you’ll love it! The train noise is real but it’s part of the charm a noose machine sound on your phone or the provided ear plugs were just fine.

Quiet, bed comfortable Too difficult to checkin. No TV, microwave, refrigerator. No shower

We also visited the museum in Chehalis where I learned more about my great-grandfather's story. Our room had a nice clawfoot bathtub, but no shower. I was a little confused about the check-in process being done via messaging, but once I got the communication it worked out just fine.

I liked the historical building and room . Everybody we met, including staff and guests were extremely friendly and gave us advice on places to visit.

Awesome place

Beautiful property and rooms. Easy check in and out N/A

I like that it was historical. What I didn’t like no tv, pull out bed was horrible, u had to communicate through email since staff is not there all the time. For the price you could have stayed in a nice motel/hotel.

We really liked our night here. We booked last minute. The value was outstanding. Beds were so comfortable. Water pressure and temperature was amazing. Best shower I've ever had in a hotel.
-
The location was right near she shopping district downtown. Very short walk from the train station. Many shopping and eating choices within walking distance. About 2 blocks away from a very busy railroad route. You could clearly hear train horns almost every 30 minutes. The staff did warn us about this and each room was provided with earplugs that helped a lot.

The cafe makes amazing breakfast and lunch. Portions were amazing for the price and we loved being able to walk everywhere and go see all the shops and everything! I can't think of anything we didn't like!

Great hotel, clean rooms with helpful staff. Great Bar at the hotel. Great restaurant for breakfast in the hotel
-
Friendly staff. Very accommodating .Hotel has lots of character. I like the fact that it's a touch of the past. But still it keeps up with today.

The locaion is great, walking distance to Centralia College and downtown bars & restaurants. The historic character is unique. Happy to support a local hotel!
