Very clean and comfortable room

Basic and fine for an overnight, felt like a cottage. Check in was easy and the gal was very friendly. The location was lovely.

Beautiful view of the bridge. Property right in the water. Outdoor covered area for relaxing old building in need of maintenance on the exterior. Uneven parking lot surface. Previous property owner installed a ductless AC on an interior wall, installing the line set through the bathroom to the exterior with everything exposed and laying on the light over the mirror, but the AC was good and cold.

The room smelled and some of the ceiling trim was fall down just hanging

Friendly staff. Nothing fancy but good for a road stop. Good pizza place within walking distance. Pretty view of the old bridge an river.

The view was nice and location quiet, the staff was helpful and friendly, but the AC in my room didn't work. And there was some cleaning that could have been better but still overall safe, convenient, and economical.

If I had known what the rooms really looked like I would never have chosen this property. It’s in a cute area but…the rooms are in desperate need of a complete remodel. Peeling paint, old furniture and dirty carpet. The shower was gross with mold. Not to mention super tiny. We had to squeeze past each other to move in the room. I was too tired to find a different place. I suggest to pay a bit more if you have to as this property is not worth whatever they charge.

Great experience checking in; accidentally booked for the wrong date, but was able to be changed once we arrived. Room was very clean and comfortable.

It was mostly clean a little mud my father in law thought his bed was dirty. Had good ac and lots of space. Staff was really friendly. Loved the place overall though.

We opened a window and that was all we needed.

Rooms clean but very small n cramped for 2 queen beds very old motel n musty smell. It's right on the Missouri River. Ok for a quick over nite stay if in a pinch.

A little small and showing age, but clean and comfortable. Parking lot needs repaved. But parked in front of our door conveniently. Desk staff made a good dinner restaurant recommendation on the waterfront which we enjoyed. We didn't use the grab n go breakfast.

No issues with the stay, but the rooms need a little bit of refreshing Continental breakfast options and coffee as t check in desk

Place is in rough shape. AC is from the 90s and makes a lot of racket, looks like it's about to fall out of the wall. Ceiling track was literally falling out of the ceiling. Used band aid left in the shower drain. Smells musty in the inside. Sheets were clean and room seemed like it had been cleaned, this motel is definitely in need of some renovations though and was way more expensive than it was worth.
