The pool and view are great. The room was clean.

We didn’t like the room. It had a barn door separating it from something like a small conference room. The barn door would not close completely. The room was right over the pool. People’s voices carried through the heating and air unit. The toilet wasn’t clean.

Great place to relax, on-site bar and restaurant are a plus. Room is comfortable with all necessary accessories.

Great menu choices and friendly bar tender. Was so tired from being on the road and this all in one place has it all. about a mile off the Interstate but SO worth it!

Very nice place. The patio out back was a pleasant surprise. Jacuzzi was dirty, but we were there on a Monday, so suspect it hadn't been cleaned from the weekend yet. Overall, I will definitely look to stay here again.

The door to the balcony did not fit and daylight showed on the wall in the bedroom due to that.. No maid service-were never told. The carpet was damp in the whole room probably due to the balcony door not shutting all the way with their high humidity there. The grout was black in the bathroom and tiles were sticky. Definitely in need of some maintenance/upgrading. The front desk at check in and check out barely spoke.

Beautiful location, clean rooms. Front desk person wasn’t very friendly, restaurant food was terrible. My steak was overcooked twice found out it’s prepared London broil so they just heat it up which cooks it even more. Since it is a resort, we didn’t expect paper cups for coffee in the rooms real cups are a nice touch.

Room was large with great balcony. Hotel is showing some wear. Lounge personnel were great & food was excellent! Our breakfast wasn’t the best but maybe we just made a bad order. Service was very good -as was the coffee.

The staff was very welcoming and accommodating. The rooms were clean and very nice. The restaurant was reasonably priced. We loved the outdoor area. We were very happy with our stay
