Hilton Garden Inn Champaign/Urbana

The hotel and room was very clean. The bed was so comfortable and the shower was awesome.

Food Not enough lighting in room

I did received from June 22 to June 23. Different reservations.

Comfortable hotel

The hotel was very clean and we ate an appetizer there that was surprisingly good . I wasn’t expecting too much and it was excellent . We went to a concert at the Statefarm Center . We could have walked it was so close .

Waited at the front desk for like 10 minutes, the guy next to me was waiting longer. To even check in. Hotel room bathroom was not very clean. Parking lot had garbage laying around.

Location, comfy bed, friendly staff, clean Breakfast not as good as Drury. Watery eggs, less options. Price was high.

Very clean. Friendly and helpful staff. Convenient location and walkable to arenas.

Comfort of bed excellent, towels were small and thin, shower did not have a holder and was a terrible experience!

Clean, modern, comfortable and plenty of onsite convenience ‘store’ points for snacks, drinks etc House keeping knocked on our door at 10am, then proceeded to let themselves into our room. They did leave but this was disturbing.

I do want to say that when you are in your room you don't hear anything outside of your room. No traffic, no toilets being flushed in the next room, no talking in the halls.

Nice staff and amenities

Our check in person was friendly and helpful. My husband made friends with a couple guys at the bar and they watched hockey together. The bartender was his new best friend. I thought the beds were comfortable and I got a great night’s sleep.

Easy check in, clean room, great stay!

The room was clean and spacious for one person. Staff was good enough. You have to pay for breakfast separately. There was very little shampoo, conditioner, and body lotion so they ran out before I checked out.

Staff was welcoming when we arrived. Room was clean. They were very helpful providing a roll-away bed when we realized we had one king instead of two double beds. Breakfast had different choices and was good. We would consider staying here again.
