Hilton Garden Inn Champaign/Urbana

I don’t know if it was just because of the humidity in the region, but there was just the smell in the hallways, personnel were amazing. Can’t say enough about them. Luckily, we spent most of our time outside of the hotel.

The towels are terrible and the air conditioner was so loud and could conk out at anytime!! Front desk staff very friendly and efficient.

This is not the first time I have stayed at the Hilton Garden. But I like it so much more this time as the food was so much better! I enjoyed breakfast all 3 mornings I was there. It is pricey but it is real food rather than what is included with most hotel breakfasts. I also used the pool and enjoyed it very much. The last several times I have stayed in Champaign at another hotel and their pool was out of operation each time. Very disappointing. To the staff and chef at the Hilton Garden, thank you for the great job you are doing! I will be coming back as we have family in the area.

Everything about the hotel was fine. A free breakfast would have been nice.

The property was clean and staff was great. I didn’t use any of the amenities but would assume they would have been great.

Beautiful property and I would stay again. We would not stay in room 307 again as there are no curtains to block the light from beaming into the room. The room was like sleeping In daylight

The hotel and room was very clean. The bed was so comfortable and the shower was awesome.

Comfortable hotel

The hotel was very clean and we ate an appetizer there that was surprisingly good . I wasn’t expecting too much and it was excellent . We went to a concert at the Statefarm Center . We could have walked it was so close .

Waited at the front desk for like 10 minutes, the guy next to me was waiting longer. To even check in. Hotel room bathroom was not very clean. Parking lot had garbage laying around.

Very clean. Friendly and helpful staff. Convenient location and walkable to arenas.

Comfort of bed excellent, towels were small and thin, shower did not have a holder and was a terrible experience!

I do want to say that when you are in your room you don't hear anything outside of your room. No traffic, no toilets being flushed in the next room, no talking in the halls.

Our check in person was friendly and helpful. My husband made friends with a couple guys at the bar and they watched hockey together. The bartender was his new best friend. I thought the beds were comfortable and I got a great night’s sleep.
