Check-in? very positve the receptionist very helpful. There was a sporting event going on in the city so the place was loaded adolescences, which did not hinder in any way. Room 228 Organized and clean. The bed was very comforatble. The kitchen overhead lights did not work, could not find the light switch or the two lightswitches on the wall were non fuctionable. (quality control error) Lack of ceiling lights also caused problems using the coffee machine. Smashed my fingers between the entrance door hinge and fridge door when I opended the refridgerator. RECOMEND changing the opening of the fridge door to the opposite direction. (Great idea someone should of tested it first) Breakfast? Same o same o.

Staff was amazing. Place was clean. Fire alarm went off at 2 am, computers were down so check in was slow but staff was amazingly helpful and apologetic.

How it was clean and how nice Rodrigo was to me he was very nice and made me feel comfortable on my stay The first room I had was not clean or didn't smell clean but Rodrigo made my day

Very clean and nice. We had an issue with some water they moved us and credited our account with points. People were very friendly. The amenities in the room being a full fridge/freezer, microwave, sink and dishwasher.

Had a fantastic weekend stay at this hotel. It seemed full by the amount of cars in the parking lot (we still never had an issue finding a spot to park, it’s a large lot) but it was so quiet. We had the room next to the elevator and expected to hear a lot of foot traffic and elevator noise but it was silent! The room was spacious and had everything we needed, and more (full fridge and freezer was so great!). Staff were wonderful, good breakfast in the morning, and the location is great with just short drives to everything in town. The only downside was that there isn’t a hot tub but that’s our only complaint.

Breakfast was simple, not overdone. Even the younger children were able to safely serve themselves.

I’ve stayed in MANY H2S it’s ll my husband and I stay in. The breakfast at the Champaign H2S was not so good. It was sloppy! Bacon on the floor, they were out of coffee and when I told the staff at the desk the coffee was gone the answer was “ok” and she never got any. I had to drink decaf that morning. She just stood there even though she had no customers around. I went to the grocery next door for a container of creamer since there was none out. The next day they refilled the creamer. I had to ask for to go cups as there were none out! They don’t refill anything. The waffle machine was filthy and everyone’s waffles were sticking. Probably the worst H2S I’ve stayed in! Sadly this trip was for my 84 year old mother and probably her last to her home town of Champaign. The room was clean as they always are! An extra roll of toilet paper would have been nice we needed up using all the Kleenex as toilet paper. Our stay was only 4 nights and just 2 of us. Starting with 1/2 roll of toilet paper didn’t work for us. Very spacious room and clean! Which is most important to me.

The flatware for breakfast was unusable because it was so dirty. There was food crusted on. The health department should see this. I only ate things that could be eaten by hand. Gross. Just get some plastic forks and spoons. All else about the stay was great.

The AC was very loud-- like having a generator running in the room all night.
