The room AC was effective, perhaps overly so. Needs a deflector that pushes the air up.

Easy parking, friendly staff, clean room.

The Staff was very helpful and understanding. The room was very clean and had everything you need. It's like living in a furnished studio apartment. Will stay there in future.

Checked in, toilet was running all night, floor was sticky, dishes were still inside the dishwasher. We were out in a handicap room. Found roach inside, was told that no rooms were available for us to be put in another room. I left a bracelet inside the room housekeeper says she did not find anything! I know where it was. They won’t return it.

Nice hotel

I would like to take the time to thank the manager on duty my first night, I believe her name was Lisa; she gave me her charger and said I could keep it. Heaven sent. I really appreciate your staff taking those extra steps to make sure my first visit to Arizona was great;minus the heat 😂. I enjoyed every minute of my time there. Great job, Keep it up. I will be back next year, in October or November.

Checked in late but was easy to do. Beds were fresh and clean and so comfortable. Glasses and kitchen stocked with what we needed. Great spot. Right off 101

The property was clean, neat, decorated nicely, quiet. Staff was friendly. Nice gym and little mini area to purchase food and other items.

Cleanest property I've ever stayed at. Only negative was the Wi-Fi was not strong enough. I needed to connect a baby cam and it just wouldn't work.

Had people next door blasting music and drinking till 12pm on a Tuesday going in and out from multiple rooms they would let the door just slam all day and night. Told the office, they said they would try to call. Turned it down for about 15 min, but later it would be back to loud music and yelling. If you stay in the lobby for 15-30 minutes you'll people with obvious drug problems going in and out of this place.

The staff was not friendly at all. Asked for possible late check out, even 30 minutes & completely okay if not available, but the front desk lady was rude & short about it. Went to go check out at 9am then, no one there, waited for a while & no one came. Left the key cards & tried to call to check out- got hung up on twice. Was told I would be emailed a copy of the receipt- never got it. For the price, the room was nice. Not much to the hotel & the staff was unfriendly.

Free parking was a plus
