My family and I had a horrible experience...people above us were loud all night wasn't able to sleep and we had to call the front office 3 times..finally my wife had to go to the office and all they said was they didn't hear anything and argued with us until finally moving us up to the top floor..bad experience bad sleep and bad service

Just relocated to the Chandler area. This location has been great for me. Super crisp, clean and conveniently located. You won’t regret your stay at all.

3rd floor had a very bad odor, beds were firm, rooms weren't thoroughly cleaned. Room had sticky and hair on the floor.

The staff was amazing. Any time I had a question they were friendly and helpful. The bed could use a rug underneath. It was creaky and cold feeling in the room.

It was quiet and secluded from traffic noise. The a/c worked pretty well on very hot days. The full sized fridge was very useful as was the kitchen sink. We had to keep going downstairs for basic toiletries like towels and toilet paper. Took out our own trash and cleaned our own room, maid service was not offered everyday if we were still in the room. Laundry located on first floor. All shops, restaurants and gas stations were quite a drive away. No pool or breakfast.

The accommodations are well-maintained and clean. We would appreciate the inclusion of additional amenities such as an iron, utensils, given that the room is equipped with a kitchenette, and an ice maker. However, for a single-night stay, the current provisions are adequate.

It’s a very clean hotel . But the rooms are very basic so the price definitely meets its standards . If I could change anything here it would just be that they provided a couple dishes, pots/pans, and that they either had an on floor ice machine or freezer ice machine in each room. Other than that, it’s a very reasonably priced clean hotel . Just make sure to bring your own utensils, cups, and pots if you would like to cook . All in all , I would stay there again if I came prepared.
