Extended Stay America Premier Suites – Phoenix - Chandler – Airport

How beautiful the room was laid out.

We only stayed one night. It was very clean and comfortable enough, but designed for an extended stay (hence, the name) As a one night hotel, I don't recommend it. It was also noisy. We were awakened at 4am by the trash truck and again at 6am by the landscapers with a leaf blower!!

This place was great and you can't bet the price

I didn’t like the fact that they didn’t clean our room even though we spent 3 nights. Towels needed to be change but staff told us that unless we spend 7 days in we will have our room with new set of towels.

My family and I recently stayed here due to medical appointments. We had to wait a little while in line for the front desk to return to the counter. Everything else was fine but I left my ring on the counter in the restroom and it wasn’t turned in by housekeeping. I am sure i left it on the counter because the last thing i did before leaving our room was wash my hands.

This was a really nice facility. The room was roomy, a nice surprise with the kitchenette. I would definitely stay here again if I had to get a room when back in the area.

It served its purpose well! The staff was friendly and my room was clean aside from a few walmart sacks that were left on top of a shelf but it was a nice stay overall! I am being extra picky here but I do like full length mirrors and my room did not have one. The biggest positive was the AC. It was a nice cool room!!

Either the room was barely cleaned or not cleaned at all but it was dirty with finger nails on the ground in the living room and bathroom. Also I understand having to call down for pots and pans

Towels and lavatory paper. Beds were comfortable. Would stay there again.

Paying for high speed Internet was pretty lame.

Unfortunately, it smelled like cooked food (that I apparently don't like) the whole time. It's like it was in the walls. I guess that's why it was the last room with a king-sized bed available. The front desk attempted to help but, unfortunately the air freshener really wasn't enough. Nice place overall.

I was not pleased with , the way my husband had to show his ID!!!! I was the one that made the reservation ? No need to to be over aggressive with there politics!! Not happy at all?? Watch out!
