Extended Stay America Premier Suites – Phoenix - Chandler – Airport

OK, the room was OK. But the odor was bad enough to cause me to change rooms immediately after checking. Bedspread was stained. The dark and dingy hallways had a pervasive tobacco and marijuana odor that followed when the door was opened. The included "breakfast" was laughable - nothing but a bowl of Nutrigrain bars. The only positive was the nice staff. Definitely will not be back.

This is a new facility. Everything new and very functional. Kitchenette with full size refrigerator. Comfortable king bed, plenty of pillows. Garbage truck woke us up about 4am, but not the fault of the facility. Grab and go breakfast, very limited. Reasonable cost, recommend.

Everything about it was wonderful...

Elevator was out of service for duration of stay, making it challenging to navigate.

Great stay clean rooms

I did not like how noisy the AC was. And the breakfast was more like a snack. So that was a little disappointing. But was not a big deal because all the other things I did like made up for it. Also loved that there was a laundry room.

Our room was very clean, the staff was friendly when checking in and checking and also very helpful. The "free breakfast " was a bit disappointing. It was more of a quick grab and go thing. They had coffee, different kinds of granola bars, some yogurt and hard boiled eggs. Nonetheless, the eating area was very clean and again, staff was very attentive of the area. Happy we stayed there😊

We stay for a basketball tournament at Arizona Athletic grounds which was only a 15 min drive. Walmart and a gas station very close by. Love it. Also rooms amazing, clean and we'll kept. Snack are slacking and no variety.

Computer for check in was a bit slow but overall, a great experience

Customer service was terrible the night lady had a big attitude and she was rude she talked at us and she had body odor and it looked like her co worker looked bullied by hair …Hope mgmt talks to this lady didn’t get her name but she was black with red hair and big fake eye lashes.

If you have a pet, don’t stay here, we called on our way

This location is very convenient right by the freeway and close to many stores. The room size was great very spacious Staff could have been a little nicer

Good stay

Clean facility. Breakfast was adequate, but cereal option would be nice. Oranges were the only fruit option and did not look good. A gas vehicle was parked in the EV spots, so a second vehicle could not charge. Told the front desk, but they did not seem too concerned. Hopefully action was taken as this is a good amenity to have for EV owners that are traveling.
