Woodspring Suites Chandler Airport

This place is okay as a last resort. The room itself was clean and spacious but sleep was non existent due to the constant banging on the walls next door as well as upstairs. It was terrible. You also have to pay extra for alot of basic necessities.

The property was clean and the staff was helpful. The amenities were nice. My only complaint is that the bed was extremely squeaky. But overall was good.

Walls are thin

It had a strange smell when we walked into the room.

Close to where I needed to be and price. Most of the staff was smoking or hanging out with friends like a social hour. The 3 floor smells like urine.

Staff were amazing, the building looks and smells super clean. Unfortunately for the room we stayed in you can smell pesticide chemicals. I was unable to breathe all night and couldn’t wait to leave.

I was billed twice and I still have yet to hear from anyone and it's been 2 weeks.

The deposit was not sent back to back and it’s been more then 7 days

The place overall is a dump...staff is friendly though...never stay there again.

The night before I left, one of the cleaning ladies helped me move my things downstairs into my car, which is fantastic. However, I do think she got in trouble and may be fired and I really hope not because then that would send a really horrible message to your patrons that you don’t really care about people who are disabled and it’s only about your image. I think that that what she did for me was one of the best things any staff member at hotels ever done for me I just wish I can remember her name.

Spoke to front desk told they were trying to get rid of them! They knew they were difficult and still rent out room below for 2 nights. Plus worst hotel bed EVER!

it was great and the location was in a great spot. everything was perfect for me.

Everything was amazing just the room didn’t get as cool as it dis a couple weeks ago when we were there but we also was upstairs and in the front of the building and last time we were in the back of the building but other then that it was great

Great time

Restaurants, shopping, and entertainment were all less than a 5 minute drive away. Access to the 202 Loop, was one short traffic light away. A good short-term stay option for business.
