The remote was the only issue I was having it wasn’t working correctly

I asked for a late check in. Jarmin was helpful. And got me checked in quickly.

The property and staff were excellent. I would definitely stay here again.

Check In was fast and simple. The room was spacious and very clean. The A/C worked really well and the staff was nice and helpful.

The premium 2 Queen room layout was a very nice surprise with the beds separated by a wall and each having its own tv, great for families. The listing said included breakfast but was more like coffee and some snacks, a little disappointing. Walking by the bathrooms on first floor to get the room smelt like sewage so a little gross.

We have stayed here before so it was easy for us to decide to book another stay since our rooms in the past were enjoyable we knew there should be no issues this time and we were right. Staff was friendly, check-in quick and easy, clean renovated room and we really appreciate the mini kitchen with the full size refrigerator.

On the last day, I noticed that one of the housekeepers and her supervisor were struggling to communicate effectively due to the language barrier. This could be a reason why cleaning isn't being done properly, or it may simply be that there isn't enough staff to maintain the hotel.

Check in was great staff was nice, room wasn’t clean had hair in the shower and on the toilet had pubic hairs, towels had little brown stains, that really threw me off. Ac kept clicking off and on waking me up every 15-30 minutes. The neighbor had loud music between 2am-4am. Breakfast was just cereal bars, coffee and had vending machine with snacks and drinks to buy $4 and up. We stayed at this location many times and it seems each time we go they are letting it go, maybe it’s new management?

Clean and modern place to stay. Will definitely stay again if in the area.

The front desk person when we checked in was horrible. She’s not only being welcoming or acknowledging us. She make it difficult and even make up lie about it. Only gave us 1 key for four people. Ask first time to have additional key. She said “shortage of it” For real??? Second time asked her again because it’s really inconvenient and she told the same thing and even add that “the manager told her only to give 1 key per check in”. Fast forward a few hours later, when passed by and seeing a different front desk person after they have just changing shift. We asked the new person for additional keys and she has no problem giving out additional keys. What’s going on with the previous front desk woman? She also told shortage of kitchenware when we checked in and told to leave phone and email and will contact when they have it. Aren’t they already have that info when someone reserved the room? This person is definitely not capable of doing her job and deliberately single out customers… The “breakfast” is like kid’s snack on a field trip….

Everything was clean but beds were really uncomfortable. There is no breakfast served at property.

Water pressure was low made rinsing off a bit difficult.

Everything about the room is excellent. The only thing I didn’t like was the material of the armrest of the couch is wearing off. Other than that the amenities were great.

Clean building/rooms ~ personal was pleasant, answered all questions. Everything was great, but would like breakfast with more choices♡

I stay here once a month with my wife and everything usually is amazing but this time. When I first got there the staff couldn’t find my reservation. And instead of helping me figure it with why my reservation won’t showing. All she did was tell me over And over that she couldn’t find my reservation that she couldn’t help. Well after a hour and a half of sitting in my car and paying for the room twice with the help of Hotel.com C.S. I finally figured it out. Than at about 1:00am our AC unit started making a really loud banging and scraping noise. So we were forced to unplug it. Which led to a ready long an uncomfortable night. Staff didn’t do anything about composing for the problem
