Comfort Suites Channelview - Houston East

It was a nice hotel with a nice staff, but I didn't have any wash clothes or face towels in my restroom. I went to the front desk and they didn't either!

Exceptional

Please do not book here! I booked by mistake and it was so terrible. There was one receptionist and he seemed lost. The carpet was disgusting and everything was sketchy.!!! When asked in person they said they didn’t serve breakfast, even though online it was clearly stated they did. When we went to take the elevator, the buttons were all messed up and it was just disgusting! When we got to the room, there was one bed, missing pillows and the other bed looked scary. The couch was dirty. The bathroom was gross. The door didn’t lock and I have video proof I could not stay here and feel safe! When we asked for a refund, they said they couldn’t do anything because we booked online. Please don’t make the same mistake I did! It’s a waste of money and you won’t feel safe.

The staff was very helpful! There was mold on the wall all into the carpet! There were spiders on the room and bed sheets stunk. When asked for our sheets to be changed they handed them to me and told me I could do it

Nothing good about this hotel, it shows false advertisement saying they offer breakfast and their elevators were broken. Couldn't accommodate a wheel chair, plus they refuse to give me a refund.

Nothing Ice machine didn’t work, pool was dirty, has leaking spots within hotel and shower head was horrible

Room had roaches and smelled like weed the whole time

The ppl on above floor made to much noise and the kids kept stamping and running upstairs

The bed was comfortable The property was smelly and really need a up date. The pool was nasty. The room was not up to par. The tub was nasty. The tv wasn’t working furniture falling apart. Had to go down and ask for a room change just couldn’t take it. Left the room the next day only to come back and the room wasn’t serviced. I called down to ask for fresh towels and was told to come down to get them. What seem to be the say time manager with a pink dress on walking around with no shoes on. It was not worth the money. Went down to buy snack but there was non. This place need a make over or just shut it down. Very Very disappointed
