I made a reservation online. Didn’t know they hold a $50 deposit only cash until you check out. I was notified once I checked in.

The older lady, came to my room opened the door and held foot and was rude. That's a saftey issue.

Absolutely nothing! The guy broke into our room.! Forced the door open upon check out. Then threatened us to call authorities. Very rude individual!! Everything was terrible
