The Hotel was CLOSED when I got there and looked in really bad condition . And then when I called you guys to let you know the Hotel was closed i got put on hold twice for over an hour . Very very bad experience ! Hotel was CLOSED when I got there and in really bad condition also !

Nothing I did not like everything about the hotel. It had roaches, mold, toilet over flowed, TV didn't work. It was a bad experience. The manager stated that bugs is not a bad thing... if the hotel is remodeling then it should be closed until finish...

Leaving I didn't even stay. It was nothing like the pictures showed. It was trashy and ruin down. I was too afraid to stay there. The only cat in the parking lot had all 4 doors trunk and hood open with various sheets and clothes hanging all over it, trash falling out of it everywhere, rooms boarded up, the hole place gave me a very bedbuggy, dirty condoms, rooms by the hour type place.

I loved the owner of the property she's a sweetheart. My room smelled like urine. Like someone peed all over the room. I called for housekeeping and she came on my check out day at 7am. For me it was to late the deed was done

There was no breakfast and they wouldn't honor the booking.com reservation without paying the difference apon check-in. And no it wasn't a deposit. They refused my reservation saying they did not have to honor it even tho i paid

NOTHING FALSE ADVERTISEMENT!!! The rooms look nothing like the pictures and they have nothing that is listed (microwave,refrigerator etc.) I had to switch rooms 3 times due to no refrigerator and no microwave in the first room and im a diabetic. In the second room the toilet overflowed and flooded the room. In the last room it had a refrigerator and no microwave. The toilet in this room had issues as well. The manager gave my key to someone else and stated that she forgot that i was in the room. My key didnt work on more than one occasion and the manager was not available to replace my key on more than one occasion.
