Hotel O Luxury Inn Channelview Baytown I-10

What I liked about the room was it was clean and smelling fresh when I came in it reminded me of my home, but the pool did not work. The washing machines did not work, and the ice machines did not work and when I arrived, I had to wait almost an hour to check in because the computer was down due to the weather and the property it can use better maintenance.

The bed was comfortable There was a stove top and a full bathtub I didn’t see any bugs The heater /air conditioner was moldy the refrigerator also moldy .microwave dirty . They did not even serve coffee

Got charged double for my deposit do not recommend

Manger was mean about the blood on the wall and sheets

Roaches and never brought clean towels I was there for a week

The manager on duty was so rude and mean when I checked in. No toilet paper!! It was so loud by interstate and I felt totally unsafe! I would never stay here again!!

Booked the room because it was cheap but the guy at the front desk couldn't find it. I cancelled the reservation and rebooked it. This time he found it but said it was for the next day and wouldn't even look at my reservation that clearly said the 14th not the 15th. So I booked a room at another hotel.

N/A I didn’t like how the front desk upon check in asked if I had pets due to their policy and I let her know no I was thinking that’s it Another woman in the office starts looking at the cameras and I see her looking exactly at my car after I said no I don’t have animals. Then for the deposit the lady tried to basically make me pay in it cash even when I said I’ll be doing it on card During my stay the people living there (owners family perhaps) were constantly at our door even though then stayed down more. We noticed they would always stop at our room and stay there then leave. Made me feel uncomfortable. Then as we are getting ready for checking out and loading up our stuff a man who was working there literally kept trying to get in the room as we are trying to pack, he kept peeking his head in and would stand right in front of our door watching us pack. Then the woman would do the same. I totally felt so uncomfortable The room had a bad smell, looked nothing like the pictures they advertise , the stove top did not even work even though we smelled a burning scent

Staff is nosey and very rude they twice tried to get me on the “key deposit” once when I checked in they tried to overcharge me and then when I checked out they tried to give me only five dollars instead of the twenty dollars I paid

I like the quietness and how much minimum traffic there was in the hotel The staff was very poor didn't offer very much assistance and the rooms were dirty I seen the Cockroach as soon as I walked in the remote didn't work for the TV even after I got batteries it took staff about 45 minutes to bring me some batteries and after they checked me in and I went to my room I was tired I just got off of work and while I was in my room I had just got undressed to go take a shower when you front office called and said that they need to scan my ID again they didn't get my ID verification and I think that is absolutely ridiculous due to the fact that I was already checked in and already had my key and was in my room I went down to the office will let them get my ID a second time and I stayed in front of the glass window no one was behind the counter and I waited for a couple minutes and I noticed the doorbell above the window slot and I rang it I waited a couple more minutes I ring again and I ring again and overall I was there for about 30 minutes and no one came so I went back to my room and then I got another call saying can I please come back down to the office they're in there now

NO PETS ALLOWED I would not recommend to anyone. Staff or Verrrry Rude. When customers look leave the room. They enter your room when you leave, Not to clean or repair instead to steal and damage customers personal property. The cleaners and family that live onsite will harass you upon entering and leaving the property. It's NOT clean AT ALL. the linens are used by the family onsite then handed to the customer for use. The furniture including the beds are very worn out and has a unrepairable smell to them. The noise from the freeway is EXTREMELY loud. The sinks leak the air not the heaters work properly. I've stay there for several months in several different rooms is how I know this. I will never recommend this crap to anyone. The only plus NO PETS. Don't GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY
