Westfields Marriott Washington Dulles

Was a busy holiday weekend. Staff was kind and very helpful. Room very nice but a bit of a walk through a small maze of hallways. Air conditioner was set at 65 but room only ever got to 73 but was over 100 outside for a few days so im sure it was working hard.

The hotel was clean and staff was helpful. Plenty of amenities and property was well kept.

The property has had some changes recently. I got the feel that they are doing more events that changes the vibe of the place. As a whole I applaud them for finding a way to keep businesses coming in.

The property was huge. There was a lot going on and the events had the amenities off limits to the other guest.

I loved the location. It was minutes from majority of the places we visited. The property is beautiful. There was an item in our room that wasn’t working properly, by the time we returned it was fixed. The staff are very nice and greet you in the morning when you walked by. The doorman was very pleasant on the first day. Opened the door for us and obtained a cart for us. Overall I was satisfied. The bathrooms are small. Like door meet toilet and shower small. One of the curtains in our room was split at the top. Making it hard to open and close. When I notified the staff it was fixed. The bed was uncomfortable. We have booked king beds before at other places and they were way bigger. There was no microwave in the room. The mini fridge did not cool anything the first day we were there. Not sure if the staff changed the setting on our second day as it cooled our drinks the second day. For the price we paid, I was expected something a little different. We have paid less and had more bathroom space, a microwave, bigger bed, and more comfortable bed. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

This is out 2nd visit. Just Husband and wife getting away for some "us" time. Very friendly staff. After check in we were given a complimentary breakfast buffet card, we missed breakfast at our last stay and we enjoyed breakfast this time. Loved that check out is at 12pm. Gives you time to enjoy your stay and not be rushed to get up in the morning and leave.

The room was a room but the bathroom was tiny. And there’s no fan nor was there a mat to dry off on when we got out. And there was no shower liner so literally all of the water basically flooded the floor. I pre booked and there was an option for breakfast for 2 but my reservation was for 4, so did they mean only 2 of us could eat? I was underwhelmed for sure.

Everything was great. Staff was great. We love the pool.

I ended up staying 3 hours into my second day and had to check out. They wouldn’t give me any partial credit for the night I didn’t spend.

The hotel is beautiful, but it’s very expensive. Very disappointing when only 1 packet of caffeinated coffee and no airport service.

This property is set in a wooded area that is beautiful and quiet. The hotel itself is more like a conference center with hotel rooms, but it is very well maintained and the rooms and public areas are spacious. We were able to move to a higher floor on the end of a wing, because there were a lot of events going on. We really did not hear anyone. It is in a very convenient location if you are visiting friends in the Chantilly area. It was a great stay and this is where we will return when we come back. The only downside is that there is only one restaurant and it is expensive for what it is; about $25 for a buffet breakfast. Room service is ridiculously priced too, so plan to go to Wegmans to get what you need.

The hotel over all had nice places to take pictures and the cleaning staff was very pleasure as well as the front desk The long wait for cart to unload our stuff from the car, the distance to park your auto.

While we didn't utilize them the hotel appeared to have beautiful meeting spaces and ballroom as well as tennis and pickle ball courts. The room was clean, cozy, and quiet aside from occasionally hearing a plane flying overhead. The only negative is that the beds were very firm and therefore uncomfortable for me and I had a terrible night's sleep because of it.
