Studio 6 – Chantilly, VA – Washington Dulles Airport

breakfast need to have and area of it's own instead of in the lobby with better food choices the bran muffins and breakfast bars

This stuff is very nice

Restroom ceiling with mold points, very low internal lighting, found hair on restroom. Other than that ok, just spent few hours to get my family early at IAD airport.

The location to every thing The trash room and roaches and dogs

The area stores and restaurants and laundromat was close staff very nice the property was very clean The Trash room was nasty trash floor need to be mopped and trash dumped they only dump the trash once a week had to keep telling them that the trash room trash was filled to the ceiling bomb my room every week to keep the roaches out from the trash not being dump dogs nice lace but between the roaches and dogs I couldn’t wait for my place to get finished. I kept my room clean I didn’t allow them to clean my room cause I like the smell of bleach and they oily used disinfectant spray and that doesn’t clean nothing never change room stayed in 318 from July 9th to August 6

Everything close in distance the staff was great the hallways was clean and it smell good The dogs and roaches the trash pile up sitting out in the hallway when the trash room if filled

I had paid for the wrong night, the night before, and the motel would have been justified in charging me for the night arrived, but instead, the manager, very kindly allowed what I had paid for the missed night. Studio 6 has definitely earned my business for the future!

All shift staff were very professional very polite knowledgeable and engaging

First, there were people smoking directly at the entrance, making it very difficult for non-smokers to enter the building. Additionally, the third floor had a strong, unpleasant odor. Finally, I was unable to sleep due to disturbances throughout the night, including people shouting outside, a noisy refrigerator, and an alarm clock that went off in the middle of the night. I hope you will look into these matters to improve the experience for future guests.

Allowed us to check in early after our exhausting arrival from airport, dog friendly affordable fee and everyone was helpful

I liked the price and the location. The ceiling in the shower was falling and a lot of black build up in the tub.

Location Old. A little run down. Had to change rooms because the air conditioning unit was SUPER loud, and they couldn’t fix it on the spot.

There was parking all around the building. I actually traveled back from Jersey from the week prior and chose this place again. It's not fancy but the price is worth it. The room size is very nice. The staff is very friendly. I liked that there are multiple ways to enter and exit. So you can park where you can see your vehicle. The area felt very safe. There is a Lidl Supermarket within walking distance. I have a medical condition with extremely sensitive hearing and the noise from the cars were nonexistent. I heard a plane once or twice but it was extremely faint. The breakfast options are simple but are available. Brinf your own pan from home if you have a room with a kitchen because one might not be available but they will search high and low for you if you ask. The fridge is a full size fridge and very clean. The noise from the housekeeper that kept banging against our door and letting the door shut hard continuously from across the hall. It felt like someone was trying to get in the room because the door would keep shaking. Other than that my stay was extremely quiet. The electric stove doesn't have any indicators (a line) to tell you how high the heat is so you kind if have to guess even when turning it off. So you won't know if it's low heat or high heat or off.
