Excellent all around

We stayed 2 days. There was not enough coffee. They had only for one day. The Wash basin Water flow was needle thin. We did not get enough water at all. They sent someone and he said he cant do anything about it. When we were leaving we wanted to fill cold water and they said it wont be out till 8 am. So people leaving earlier did not have cold drinking water (Is it not basic cheap stuff that they can keep). When asked they were rude

The bed was hard.

No exhaust in the bathroom. Loud A/C

Good service nice rooms had a weird bug in the bathroom but other then that great place to stay

Found a cockroach in my room

Location was perfect for us as we were visiting friends who live nearby. It was easy to find and near many amenities.

Clean room and close to where we were visiting.

Our room was very clean. We had no problems.

I feel like money I paid they’re should’ve been things included . Room air conditioner was leaking on floor . Had to request room services multiple times

No free breakfast

First given a room not cleaned and had to wait for a different room but staff apologized and helpful

On top of that, the staff were not helpful at all when I tried to address the issue. Instead of resolving the problem, they made the situation more frustrating. Overall, the experience was very poor, and I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Exceptional

I really liked this hotel. The staff were friendly and the room was comfortable & clean. The gym was also nice, even though it was going through some renovations.

The beds were comfy. The ability to easily DoorDash was good. There were convenience machines with food and drink options. It was under heavy construction, no restaurant or seating areas. The staff was rude. The building is dated and I could hear water or pipe sounds through the night that kept waking me up.
