For the price and location, I would maybe stay here again. The interior hotel signs were wrong - no ice machine (contrary to the sign posted), lobby sign completely wrong and in the opposite direction indicated. Accessing basic kitchen supplies was an incredible hassle. You'd think it would be as simple as going down and asking. Nope. You can't get supplies when you check in. They want you to come down the next morning and indicate which supplies you will need and they will deliver them to you later. We came back to the hotel around 8pm, wanting to cook dinner and had to press the front desk lady to give us supplies, after she first decllined. I said, "What's the point of having a kitchen, if we come back and want to fix dinner and have to wait until the morning to get supplies? We want to fix dinner!" She then had to go "talk to the manager". We then did get the supplies, but it was like pulling teeth...completely ridiculous policy. Also, I got a weird rash on my lower legs from staying there, maybe there were fleas from previous people that had pets? That's the only other time that I've had rashes like that before. Other than these issues, it was a fine place to stay.

location was good, and concept for extended stay with kitchen was good, bathroom was renovated. Staff was rude (receptionist while checking in asked for the id proof for my spouse which is not mandatory also when said about soft copies of passports are available she made a drama of going and asking manager, rooms were not so new or not renovated, while I asked for ice the lady working in the kitchen area she asked me to stay out multiple times on day 2 when I was wearing a traditional attire but on day 1 when I was dressed normally she let me enter the kitchen to pick up ice, there was not ice dispensing machines

Staff were helpful and nice, bit it smelled like curry and wasn't the cleanest or well maintained very well.

Ac didn't work all that great, room was hot. Clean property and friendly staff

Comfortable bed for the price, clean room, kitchenette. Plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. If you’re traveling on a budget worth the stay. Just skip the grab n go breakfast, small “pastry”, small muffins, weak coffee.

A little outdated

They over drafted my bank account by 1100.00 caused me 5,511.00 in over drafted fees, lost wages, because I was unable to get to work because I could not get gas - or medical treatment for poison ivy of which I’m highly allergic to, on top of the fact they charged the wrong rate that was different from my itinerary and booking statements. And in the end, would only refund the difference between the wrong amount and what I was supposed to pay. Which was 160$ give or take. Told me they’d only be taking 100$ deposit and that it would be returned I saw the mistake pop up on the screen during check in and alerted the clerk clearly of the mistake - on Camera. Of which she told me - the screen is just broken don’t worry you will only be charged 100$ Well it did charge my card 100+ the wrong rate of 926.00 Refused to correct it this happened on a Sunday… no return calls from general manager And when I did speak to her she had a nasty, nasty attitude and was extremely combative even though I had been extremely nice about the matter. In total because of their error I lost 5,511.00 They refused to take accountability I call corporate they assured me they would take care of it Never heard back from Terry from corporate I then reached out to the area manager, Reginal VP, and the CEO of the company Of which I was ignored and told the decision was Final And that they were not gonna cover any of the damage that they caused They didn’t offer me to comp my room They didn’t offer me anything but their very nasty attitude even though most people would’ve lost their mind and cussed them out. I was extremely nice the entire encounter. So the general manager, the area manager, the regional vice president, and the CEO of the company has refused to do anything except take my money and expect me to eat the cost of $5511.00 of financial destruction that they caused. My only option now is a lawsuit which I tend to file with a lawyer. See above

Tons of noise; kids paying crying yelling and dogs barking and it was hell .

Staff here was great and friendly. we arrived quite late for a one-night stay. I am not familiar with the area but the parking lot itself was not very welcoming. There was like a pop up party or something going on. Several people smoking the devils lettuce and blasting music nearly 11pm. They had the building door propped open to come and go which felt a little unsafe. We didn't have any issues /run ins with the partiers and never felt unsafe once we got to our room. Parking lot is a little smaller and not too well lit. We found a spot right up front thankfully but if you have to park in the back corner be cautious. The 'breakfast' was only take away food and not much of a selection. Bed was comfortable for the night. Couch....not so much. I don't know if it would be a good set up for an actual extended stay. We just needed a place to rest for the night after landing at Dulles airport and heading to our destination the next day.

Staff was no help. I ended up paying for a room for me and my wife. She got there b4 me and was told that I would have to come later and get my own key. Showed up and staff wouldn’t give me a key even though I showed my Id and had a reservation in my name. Then he goes to tell me that he thinks I’m a creep trying to sneak in and rape my wife. I ended up sleeping in my car. Never again

Room was nice and clean enough. Bathroom was good. AC was really nice. The hallway smelled like food constantly though, and the front desk wasn’t always manned. Overall decent place especially for the price

The staff here was very helpful, the rooms were very clean as well. The refrigerator was already cold when we got there. There isn't much else to ask for really!

Never got to it! They called when we was 1/2 way into our 5 hr trip at 11:30 pm to let us kno that they had a over booking & or reservation needed to be cancelled! Never got to it!
