Extended Stay America Suites Chantilly Dulles

I guess you get what you pay for. Hotel was cheaper than most by about $100. But property is very low budget, tiny rooms and cheap furnishings. Walls are apparently paper thin as I could hear everything in next room over, including a howling dog. Loss of people hanging out in the parking lot smoking weed. And very limited parking. I got the last spot in the lot, only after some people who were sitting in the parking lot in folding chairs decided to call it a night.

the room was very spacious for the price. parking is horrible. we went to a concert and came back around 11 and there was no available parking besides the street. that is ridiculous. plus the person "on duty" at the overnight desk was outside smoking a cigarette and didnt even offer to help answer questions. bed was very uncomfortable, pillows were horrible.

The hotel is nice, the room was clean and comfy. The staff is very friendly too.

Trash all over the outside trash overflowing in all the outside bins. My room itself was clean but the air conditioner didn't work right and my room had a kitchen with nothing to cook with and no plates or utensils. They said breakfast was included but all I got was old lukewarm coffee a miniature muffin and they had some packets of oatmeal with lukewarm water that's it won't be returning

Location The kitchenettes had nothing. You could purchase stuff for the kitchen from the hotel which was insanely priced. Also the washer broke and was told by front staff that I would have to wait until morning to get my clothes out of the locked washer.

The front desk couldn't find my reservation so I had to book a new one and pay more, but the hotel still charged me for the reservation they could not find. The bathroom mirror had been taken off the wall, so there was no mirror, just the anchors. There was no water pressure in the shower.

liked having appliances large enough to cook and store food toilet was dirty under the rim; floors were sticky; curtains were old and didn't fully block light; parking lot was not cleaned after storm

Staff was friendly and helpful. Bed was lumpy and uncomfortable. Breakfast was merger - coffee & granola bar. Shower handle in bathroom came unstuck from wall. Great location close to Air & Space museum.

Location Management unwilling to address issue with my check in and check out stating that they never received my change of dates then continuing to ask why I was checking out early. Also can't understand why the Hotel manager wasn't available for a week and other managers couldn't see that I checked in a day later after calling them directly to inform them of the reasons why I was changing the my check in day and check out day which I also changed on Booking.com how hard is it to look in the system at the hotel and confirm this three weeks later they're still not trying fix the issue but have refunded my deposit a few days later just bad business at this establishment under the Hilton hotels chain will not recommend this Extended Stay America Chantilly va to anyone
