At 2:30am someone knocked on our door and then used a key to gain entry. Luckily we had the metal blocker that stopped the door and the person retreated quickly. It scared us and we tried calling the front desk and nobody answered. The next morning there was nobody at the front desk when checking out and we waited 30 mins but then had to go to dr appointment. It was terrifying that someone had a key to our room and could have came in.

I have stayed at this hotel more than twice, and each stay is better than the last. I can't wait to come back to this location to stay. I was very pleased with no complaints, but I suggest offering rewards or discounts for returning clients.

I requested some service to Front Desk people but it was ignored.

Welcoming for UNC students, 24/7 access to unlimited soda, coffee, water and tea a plus, also evening snacks was a bonus for us since we were busy in and out, this will probably be our home hotel for future visits.

Very clean . Breakfast was good. Parking is easy . Hotel lobby area is lively with some activity or the other going on . This is my second stay in 3 months .

It was a clean and recently renovated property overall. The room was clean, with a comfortable bed, a good shower, and it was very quiet. Everything you need.
