Never anyone at the front desk

Tru Chapel Hill was clean, quiet and well maintained. From check in and check out staff to the gentleman who kept the breakfast buffet filled and cleaned, the staff was outstanding! The parking fee of $6.00 was minimal for a college town and well worth it. The lot was well lit and monitored.

Room great- beds comfortable, comforter soft, a lot of wonderful pillows on each bed, clean room, clean bathroom, room thermostat works great. I could keep the room as cold as I wanted. No microwave in room or in lobby. I could hear people door close and noise in the hallway. I could hear people walking around in teh room over me. Breakfast was basic. Ran out of cream cheese and said did not have more. Ran out of bagels and said no delivery until the next day. Great location. close to grocery stores, drug stores, and restaurants. No pool on site. Available pool is farther away than expected. Not worth the walk. Gym has minimal equipment. Parking is extra each night. I would stay at Tru again.

All the room accessories were in new condition. Breakfast was adequate. Convenient pancake making device was present, although it was out of batter and staff had to be notified by patrons. It was refreshed promptly, and the staff was responsive. I would stay here again happily

The room was nice and clean and the staff very polite. However, the mattresses need to be replaced...it was extremely uncomfortable, flat, and sunken. Our 4 night stay was not refreshing due to this discomfort as it kept us both restless and in pain. We were given a couple extra covers when requested after the first night which helped a little. And when mentioned about the mattress at checkout, staff was empathetic.

Hilton does a GREAT job with Lavazza brewed coffe & decaf in the lobby & great bedding Otherwise - average for the money.

This hotel is always my first choice when coming to Chapel Hill, very clean, friendly, and convenient

The staff was outstanding. Tonya and the other front desk personnel were attentive and very helpful. The room was a little small with no microwave but it was clean and the shower was excellent.

Very clean, nice staff, great for the price. Nice lobby we spent some time in playing cards and hanging out. Short drive to downtown.
