Everything was immaculately clean. The only disappointment was one of our suite rooms did not have an air conditioner however it did have a ceiling fan and another fan was provided, the temperatures were acceptable and comfortable .
-
Toliet didnt flush, owner not on property and fill on didnt even show us our room on top of other things. We left a day early and they still charged full price for day we were not there. No management owner reached out to us. I will not be back.

Breakfast Stairway very hard to manipulate as I use a cane. Very hard to sleep 4 adu log is in such a small room. Communication not very good. Didn’t communicate in person and condition of out room and stairway not discribed to us.

Location was okay. Breakfast was plentiful though we needed leave early in the morning so did not partake. Beds were small and uncomfortable. Linens were dated. Photos on the listing did not match the actual look of the “suite”. Not really large enough for four adults and seemed expensive for as dated as the room was.

I arrived to check in at 5:30 as I was there to attend one of my best friends funeral. Walked in no desk nobody around so I kept saying hello. No answer! So I tried calling twice. And no answer. So after a half hour I left and drove 3 1/2 hours home! After driving that earlier in the day. I have another funeral to attend on Wednesday in Oregon and I live in Michigan! I am very disappointed! 😡

Superb

This was a great place to stay, with easy walking distance to all of the downtown attractions. The only drawback was the location on the main drag, which meant constant, noisy traffic. Terri was an exceptional hostess and cared for our every need. I'd definitely stay here again.

The host was very nice and didn't mind spending time chatting with guests nothing
-
The only place on our Beaver Island trip that did not allow a refund for my husband having surgery! Their attitude on the phone.
-
Close to downtown. Staff were super friendly. Bed was comfortable
-
The host was very good and very helpful! And works very hard! The proximity of the venue to town was great! The venue it self needs some updating, updates far beyond what the host can do!
-
the location was good; we could walk into town and the beach. Breakfast was fine as a continental breakfast. It's hard to rave about it. the room was quite small and did not have a fridge. There were bigger rooms and one was empty so it would have been nice to have been upgraded to the other room. Also, the wi-fi was not working while we were there.

Location is excellent

Terry was the friendliest, kindest host. Felt really at home and cared for. The room felt private too, very clean and homey. Breakfast was delicious. The location is very close to the main area too. Definitely exceeded my expectations!

Great location, host was pleasant and helpful, breakfast was good. I enjoy staying in older homes with charm. The only downside to our stay was the light traffic in front of the house (not bad during the middle of the night), and the bed could have been more comfortable. Still would recommend.

It was a very charming older home. I loved the short walk to downtown. It was run by a very charming older lady. Breakfast was good The house is in need of attention. The windows are very old either didn’t open or couldn’t be closed fully . The gardens around the house were full of weeds, you couldn’t see the flowers that were there .

Property was clean and quiet. Nothing

The manager was friendly and helpful. She made me feel at home, which was all I could hope for.

I can’t emphasize enough, how wonderful the staff is at this bed-and-breakfast. The host-manager, Terri, is exceptional, and will do almost anything to make the stay comfortable for everyone in your family. We found the property to be clean, close to downtown, and very charming. If it’s available, I would never hesitate to stay here again. Thank you, Terri, for making our stay such a pleasure, and we look forward to seeing you again.
