The front desk staff was very welcoming. Having a light breakfast was very convenient. The rooftop bar was a delightful experience. Well stocked bar & friendly bar staff. GREAT VIEWS of Charlevoix & the River. Will stay again if in the area.

Close to town and restaurants, so walkable once you get there. Very nice lobby and continental breakfast.

This is easily one of the best hotels in Charlevoix. We found the price to be very reasonable considering the wide range of amenities and the excellent quality of service. The entire experience exceeded our expectations. Without a doubt, this is a place we absolutely loved and would be happy to return to in the future.

We loved the location and the room was nice and bigger than expected. No parking except on the street. Staff was nice and helpful. Breakfast was mediocre, could have had some more fresh options.

Beds were not very comfortable and the air conditioner was noisy which made restfulness at night hard. However, they did provide ear plugs. The continental breakfast was nice, the pool area was small but nice. Location was perfect for walking into town for shopping and activities. We did make use of the bike rentals which was helpful! Overall, we had a good experience.

All expectations were met at this wonderful and refreshingly designed hotel.

Only negative and it was minor, rooms are a bit noisy. I would recommend the hotel tho

Location was great, could walk to shops, dinner and the beach. Very clean and comfortable. Staff was helpful.

1. We were making up the pull out bed when we leaned that not only were we missing a fitted sheet but the blanket had large blood stains on it. It took way too long to get a member of management to help take care of it but they did bring new bedding and made up the bed. 2. We woke up the next morning and found another small blood stain on the queen bed. The next 3 days we slept on a towel because housekeeping never changed the sheets. I did move the pillows and blankets so it would be visible. 3. My room was not equipped with a do not disturb sign - after the first 3 days housekeeping caught me on the way out to ask if I needed service that day 😒 4. I requested management reach out to me on two different occasions and I never received a phone call or a visit to the room. 5. On check out morning I was moving our things through the hall and came across housekeeping and her cart. I knew I wasnt going to fit and the door was 5 feet away. I asked her if she could move the cart and she said "oh you should fit" and walked back into the room. So I tried to fit through and ended up locking up the wheels of my luggage cart and her cart. Only then did she move her cart backward so I could get to the exit. They did leave ear plugs and warned of thin walls but it didn't do much with the treadmill on the other side of the wall.

We loved the look, the cleanliness, the size and style of the room, the location, the breakfast and coffee. The only negative was the noise. We could hear every footstep and movement above us even late at night. For future I would just request the top floor.

Super clean and quiet. I really enjoyed talking to the staff of J1 visa status. Lots of foreign countries represented. Lots of interesting perspectives. Wonderful!

Would be much better if the drain in room 219's bathroom sink worked properly! A simple cleaning would likely take care of that.

We love the Earl and Charlevoix and have now been here twice. It’s really nice, well maintained and so close to so much. The staff is so friendly and helpful. Thanks Earl :)

We had a delightful stay at The Earl. Our room was very clean and comfortable. We especially enjoyed the rooftop bar and the pool that was open to the outside. Staff were friendly and helpful. We would definitely recommend The Earl!

Loved the hotel! From the rooftop bar to the breakfast bar and everything in between this was a fabulous getaway location. The hotel was in a great location close to the water and downtown. Also loved that the pool and hot tub were available at 7:00 am! Highly recommend.
