Even though it was a quick trip, I enjoyed our stay.

The rooms were clean and the hotel was very well maintained. The only knock I would give the hotel is their fitness center wasn't good at all. However, most hotel fitness centers aren't that good. So, they are in great company, I guess. I highly recommend this hotel if you are in the Charlotte NC area. Easy on and easy off I-77. The hotel has a restaurant, however, there are plenty of eating options in the immediate area. There's a mall right across the street as well if you need to shop and/or be entertained.

Hotel was immaculate. Customer service 10 out of 10. The comfort of the bed and pillows cant be matched! The best sleep I've had in years!!! If I could buy the bed I would! They truly treat their guest very well. This is the ONLY place I'll stay when I'm in Charlotte and I will tell all my friends and family!

I always love this book, they never left me down.

Customer service, pool, ambiance Awaken by fire alarm had to vacate the building for safety.

Staff was amazing. Especially the staff that help facilitate the happy hour bar and the breakfast buffet. It was challenging with all the needy guests and all I saw was smiles from the staff. The hospitality was on point!

I was absolutely blown away by this hospitals attention to detail and cleanliness. Pool felt clean. Our room was immaculate. Every worker was so sweet and friendly

This is our second time staying at this particular Drury Inn (which is our preferred hotel when traveling with my son). The room was clean and having hte microwave and refrigerator in the room were great. I wish that the washers and dryers took cards. Some of the ice makers weren't working (I had to travel to 2 different floors to find one that did work). The tables in the dining area were dirty a lot. The workers work hard to keep everything clean, but the staff may not be big enough to handle the demand. We will be back again next summer.

Room was clean and roomy. Couch wasn’t very comfortable to sit on but everything else was fine. Dinner/happy hour was very nice. Busy but staff handled it beautifully. Breakfast was very good. Again, busy but staff was on it! We also got the $5 desserts available from 5:30-7:30. Highly recommend. Very yummy. All the staff are so friendly! Property is very well taken care of and I highly recommend. We stayed in a king, 2-room suite on the 6th floor. I would stay again in the future.

Helpful friendly staff, nice breakfast and dinner

Love everything about facilities and staff!! A lot of kids

We didn’t use the spa or pool areas, so I can’t comment on those. We also didn’t go out to explore the surrounding area, so again can’t comment on that. The parking lot was free parking, was well lit at night, and they had security patrolling. We enjoyed our stay so much that we booked our room again to stay overnight on our way home, too. Charlotte was a halfway point for us on our trip. I highly recommend this property, and wouldn’t hesitate to stay here in the future.

The breakfast was excellent! The food was delicious and not the typical breakfast that are served at hotels. I enjoyed it. The free alcohol drinks tasted watered down and not good. Also, the free buffet dinner could have been better choices, I didn't really like the food at all.

The perks were awesome and the breakfast was good. Very nice hotel but I didn’t like that there were people standing around the corners of the building that didn’t seem to have rooms there.
