I genuinely do not understand why the reviews are so stellar. Every staff member we came in contact with was so extremely friendly, respectful, and helpful. The hotel itself is very old, needs to be updated badly. Rooms smelled like chlorine and were very humid. The toilet ran for a very long time after flushing and was loud. My biggest complaint is the lack of basics. No comforters, 3 pillows (strange number) on the bed, but 4 people in the room. There’s a mall across the street and we ended up having to go buy blankets at Belk so we weren’t sleeping under just a sheet. Having duvets and down comforters seems standard at hotels? Minimal towels, and they’re all very rough and small. Just so many convenience details overlooked that could match the friendliness of the staff and make the hotel that much better. We booked this place because it had the highest reviews in the area we needed to stay, but I will drive out of the way next time to stay somewhere more comfortable.

A Cruz was so excited when we checked in. She answered all our questions, gave us great suggestions and was a consummate professional. She set the tone for our first stay with Drury!

Great location, staff friendly and courteous. Rooms were well maintained and I had an overall great stay. I would have given an excellent but there's always room for improvements.

Best hotel I’ve ever stayed at. Super nice, the staff is top tier… extremely helpful and they honestly make you feel like family! This will now be my number #1 hotel to stay at.

Never stayed here before, but we are so glad we did!! Everything was top tier!! Clean and spacious! The free dinner and drinks were a nice touch and we looked forward to it every evening! The buffet style breakfast was great!! The pool and hot tub were clean! They had free popcorn in the evenings for the kids! We will definitely be staying here again!!!

Nice Breakfast; Complimentary afternoon daily snack was a sufficient dinner substitution.

Food was ok. Kids enjoyed the pool. A renovation would be good. Staff very nice and helpful. Free parking. Hated the tubs in the bathroom. I had 2 rooms on different floors.

I had a one night stay. Made my reservation 1 hour before arriving through Expedia with no issues. I enjoy the free dinner and breakfasts, and this Drury's had very good food. Room and lobby were clean and neat. I enjoyed my stay. Very easy off and on to I-75.

Room was nice and clean. Jetted hot tub was great after driving all day. Loved the restaurant being right there. That is also very nice to have after a long day of driving

We had a wonderful stay. When we come back to Charlotte we will definitely stay with you. Everything was clean, the beds were very comfortable, the pool and the hot tub were great. Breakfast bar had fresh food but it really needed to have a variety of yogurt on hand. Strawberry everyday wasn't great for those of us that don't like strawberry yogurt. Staff was really helpful and very accommodating!

Everything about our stay was excellent . The lady who checked us in we super friendly ( sorry I can’t remember her name Unfortunately we had already eaten dinner but still had to try some pasta at the evening get together . We even walked to the mall across the street to burn some calories
-
Enjoyed the location and staff, but we booked on a weekend that was overcrowded. Hard to enjoy the amenities with the amount of people that were occupying this hotel. Dining area and indoor pool were too congested.

Everything was good

Love staying here, never any issues!

What an amazing staff will be booking again in the future

It was surprising how few “items” were in the room. No body lotion or mouth wash etc.
