Exceptional

Automatic shade was broken and looked shoddy. Breakfast selection was many options and I could see that the cook was having trouble keeping up. Keep things simple. Always have scrambled eggs constantly being offered and replenished. Bacon/sausage should always be plentiful as well. The rest just accompanies the main courses.

Plentiful breakfast buffet with multiple food options, especially unique was the organic yogurt maker.

Airport shuttle so easy! Front desk clerk sympathetic to our airline delay and our frustrations. She was a sight for sore eyes after dealing with terrible people all day!

The hotel was great and the staff were extremely helpful. Location is close to the airport and the shuttle service worked fine. Will definitely stay there again next time we have to overnight in Charlotte.

Great location

Shuttle from airport great and timely. I left too early for breakfast, but they had packed breakfast bag ready to go. The bed was VERY comfortable. All quite clean. Front desk was great.

My stay was okay and the staff was really friendly but I kept finding ants in my bed. I couldn't figure out where they were coming from but they seemed to maybe be in the pillows. I also intentionally booked my room at this hotel due to the bar since I was only staying one night. But the bar was closed Friday - Sunday so that was a little disappointing.

Having to pay for parking the night I stayed. I understood having to pay for the days I left my car after checkout, but, having to also pay for the nights stay is awful

The airport shuttle was quick and courteous. Make airport runs every 30 mins so very convenient. It’s about 10 mins from the airport. The staff was very friendly and helpful and the property was clean and well maintained. I highly recommend this property. It’s connected to the Tru property and both were great. I was there for an unexpected layover at the Charlotte airport and it worked out great.

There system was down when we arrived so they had to do everything by hand. We had to wait in the lobby for about 15 minutes for our room. Since it wasn’t in the system we couldn’t use the WiFi. Other than that it was a good stay.

Everything perfect after a very stressful airline delay forced an overnight stay. Arrived at 2am via free shuttle and felt like home. Felt like a new property and very clean.
