Tru by Hilton Charlotte Airport Lake Pointe

This area of hotels were very nice. Only issue I have is there are no amenities or restaurants in close proximity to enjoy

I would say the only downside was parking was kind of crazy BUT there were still plenty of spots available around the back with multiple entry doors on the side and back of building. Please note - this did NOT take away from a great experience - the hotel was beautiful, great location, cost friendly, they had a fun facts board near the elevator for visitors, and the staff was personable and helpful. The rooms are great - spacious and clean. I love the layouts and how modern the rooms are. Thank you for a great stay! Will be back in August!

The hotel was comfortable and clean before our early morning flight. The airport shuttle was convenient.

In the room there was a dead roach and used bandages.

We stayed 1 night because of a delayed flight. It was an unfortunate situation but a good night’s sleep. Nice and clean spot close to the airport!

Nice and clean. Great location. I stayed just one night and didn’t eat breakfast there. There is a Panera about 5 minutes away. Super convenient to the airport.

The room and bedding were great! Nice towels. Decent breakfast. Grea shuttle service.

Modern, clean and functional hotel at a good price, with great staff. The fridge was not cold and we couldn’t figure out how to turn it on, despite calling the front desk to ask how. We couldn’t find any controls for it inside it.

The Pool area was nice. The bathrooms were nice, clean, and spacious. The rooms were partially nice. The rooms had no microwave, just a small mini fridge that was dirty and the mattress did not fit the bed frame, so it kept sliding. The sheets and "comforter" were very thin. The hotel contacted me the day of making our way there because they were sold out and wanted to charge me for the first night. But when I checked out, they charged me for the full amount, and when calling about this issue the next day, they stated it was just a hold, but that is not what the original person at the front desk advised. They also charged for parking, which is unacceptable and makes no sense

Nice clean property with a decent breakfast and food available near the airport. A comfortable chair in the room.

Early breakfast availability. Shuttle service was exceptional--scheduled ahead of time and driver was prompt and friendly. Earlier breakfast time for early morning flights.

Very clean room, nice staff. Bed was comfortable and we enjoyed our stay here!
